Perched above the Emerald Coast, this studio in the Luau Towers offers a Gulf-front escape surrounded by unbelievable amenities. Stroll to the beach, then keep the fun in the sun going around the heated lagoon-style pool. Golf courses, tennis courts, and a fitness center add invigorating fun to your relaxing days. Floor-to-ceiling windows provide ample natural light and excellent views of your peaceful sixth-floor studio. Comfy furnishings and a well-appointed kitchenette offer the comfort and convenience of your own home in the setting of a boutique hotel.



The inviting living area is outfitted with a plush sofa (which converts to a twin-size sleeper) and a 50” flat-screen TV. Prepare morning coffee and meals in the convenient kitchenette. Helpful appliances include a mini-fridge, microwave, toaster, and a Keurig coffee maker. Find seating for two in the dining area. A heated lagoon pool, a hot tub, and a kiddie pool promise aquatic fun for all. Play 18 holes on the three public courses, get a lively match going on one of the 15 tennis courts, or set sail from the 123-boat marina. Other perks include a plethora of on-site dining options, a fitness center, a barbecue area, and a rooftop sunset deck. Complimentary WiFi is provided. Unassigned parking is available for one car in the community garage.



Travel 2 miles to The Village of Baytowne Wharf. Here you’ll find upscale shops and delicious restaurants. Play games in the arcade or enjoy concerts and street festivals in the summer months. BUILDING CONSTRUCTION NOTICE:

The Roofing Project is slated to begin in the coming days. Those of you in town may have noticed some of the staging and prep beginning on-site this afternoon.

This re-roof will begin on Tower 2 and then move over to Tower 1. We expect 8-9 weeks, with two weeks off for Thanksgiving and Christmas, so that this project will extend into early 2026.



This rental is located on the sixth floor. Elevators are available.

If traveling with a larger group, consider renting the adjacent unit as well to accommodate a total of 7 guests.

Exactly as described!!!

The location, conditon, amenities, accessibility, etc were all exactly as described. The communication was great. Check in/out process was communicated clearly and in a timely manner. It came via both text and email so all was at my fingertips as needed. Walk to beach was not bad either. Overall great experience and I would definately use TURNKEY again.

Above average experience

The experience in Destin was great! However there were a few things that I didn’t like. The checkout time is extremely early with no grace period to extend. I felt rushed the morning checking out. The cleaning crew arrived to the room at 10:00 am exactly. Also, the smell of the hallway heading to the room was pretty bad maybe because the room was located by the trash disposal. Other than that they stay went well enough.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This our first time renting a condo and Turnkey kept me updated through the process. The room very nice and clean. Only the baseboard were somewhat dusty. Overall it great room for 2. The pool and the hot tub was great and short walk to the beach was fine. The only thing that I had concern was the code to get into the foyer and open the condo door are to long and hard to memorize. I did have codes on my cell phone. I did finally memorize them day before leaving. Overall it was great experience.
