The space
This is a historical one-bedroom that has been remodeled to accommodate up to 4 people. It has additional beds in main living area.
The floors are original, rough, and rustic. The huge windows can illuminate the whole place, but you can also keep city lights out at night by closing the blinds and curtains. A night’s sleep should be in the comfortable bedroom's queen bed or the living area's trundle twin day bed.
Guest access
The whole apartment is available for guests to access. You'd have the entire loft condo to yourself.
We post our actual address to our public listing, so you can see proximity to where you need or want to go. We also provide one access card for the parking lot conveniently located at the back door to the building.
Other things to note
Pets are not allowed.
There are train tracks that run parallel to Morris Ave, so be aware of the potential train noises. The train doesn't normally blow its horn, but the rumbling can sometimes be heard. We keep a white-noise machine next to the bed for those who may need it. TV has Roku for all your streaming apps.
