The property was as described. I was with a group of youth and young adults fromOur church, 50 of us stayed here for 4 nights and it. It was amazing. The young people didn’t get bored at all. They didn’t even spend time in front of a TV as the place has some great activities. There was enough space to sleep, cook eat and hang out.David our host was great. He communicates very well and responds quickly when you message him.I would recommend it to anyone looking for an engaging place for a group get away

Very clever use of the “Monopoly” theme throughout the house. Lots of fun things to do as listed in description. Great view overlooking Chilliwack. David was quick to respond when we encountered kitchen items in need of repair.

Phenomenal Stay!

We had a fantastic time on the property! Amazing spot with amazing views and tons of amenities at the location. The host did a great job at accommodating us and we are really looking forward to staying at this property or another one of his properties again!

We had a great stay! The location was awesome, and the kids had an absolute BLAST with all of the outdoor activities and video games. There was so much for them to do, and it was a really fun setup for a big group. Hiking spot not to miss: Teapot Trail. Also, plan a lake day at the stunning Harrison Lake (tip from a local) but make sure to bring water shoes as it's a rocky beach! Just a little feedback for future guests - we had 20 people and found the sleeping arrangements pretty tight. The listing says it can accommodate 50 people, so we were surprised by how snug it felt even with our group of 20. We also found the description of some of the bedrooms/rooms a little confusing. There are 5 true bedrooms with doors; otherwise, the beds are sofa beds in common areas.I’m only mentioning this because I think it would be helpful for future groups to have a really clear picture of the sleeping setup before booking. That said, we really enjoyed the property, loved the location, and the kids absolutely loved all of the fun things to do. We had a great time!

Fabulous spot for family reunion

We had a great stay in Chilliwack and enjoyed all of the properties amenities. The house is a destination of it's own, but the town of Chilliwack and surrounding areas also have a lot to offer.

Excellent, fun property for a large family reunion!

There were so many beds to choose from and they were all so comfy! We loved the media room for movie nights with the kids! We loved having the outdoor kitchen for a family bbq! All of the indoor and outdoor games were so much fun, we didn’t even need to leave the property!

Big Views, Fun place

Nice and remote, so tons of privacy. Big views over the valley. Lots of fun activities to do. Clean with most of the kitchen things you would need to make most meals. Great BBQ. Our team really enjoyed our 2 day retreat there. Our host was close by and super helpful. Very pleased with our stay and would recommend to any large groups.

Beautifully modern home with stunning views and plenty to do.

This home is very well built. Stunning views from the windows lots of bedrooms and beds for everyone. And tons of activities right on site to do. The property manager was quick to respond to all questions. Definitely a property for big get-togethers. And even better shopping and cultus Lake was close by.

Exactly what you’d hope for

Beautiful view, great amenities, clean, and fun. None of us were really excited about the monopoly theme, but after staying there I think we all found a new appreciation for it- especially since it was done so well. All of the rooms that could be bedrooms- are bedrooms. Meaning there are 5 and you’re not going to get more private rooms.

Wonderful Property

We rented this property on short notice for our daughter’s 12 birthday party. David was a super host. He was accommodating and very responsive. The property was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. The views were amazing, tons of games and things to do, and the hot tub was a perfect spot to fill the gaps in the days. The Universal Getaway

We had our All-Team retreat weekend at the Monopoly house and it was perfect. The house has a great layout for entertaining with the upstairs being very sophisticated and perfect for your formal dinners. The games room, pool table and punching bag were all a hit, and the downstairs is amazing for entertaining. The view, the sauna, the hot tub, bonus features that really add to the experience. Not to mention the multiple monopoly boards available. Plenty of washrooms and showers and lots of parking for large groups. Would definetly stay here again.

Creative Space for a Family Reunion

Plusses: Great view and lots of outdoor activities for kids especially, big fridges, laundry up and down to do a load of hot tub towels at the end of the day, everything was clean, it was also private. Some parts that were less than ideal were: make your own beds, the cold pool outside the hot tub wasn't working and I was looking forward to that, even if visitors come for the evening you are still charged (which was mentioned up front though), and parking is tricky because it's best to back in. If anyone left, often someone had to move their car. We had 8 vehicles I think and that is the max and we had 20 people. It fits over 40 if I recall correctly so vans and busses would be needed. Bring your own coffee, oil, etc. which surprised us as I stay in vacation rentals about 5-6 times a year and have never seen that. There is no closet in one of the lower bunk bed rooms and just a narrow few feet beside the beds so that is awkward and chaotic. Still though, I would stay ther again!
