The location is excellent and the residential is beautiful and safe.
It is on Huayacan Av. just enfront the residential Cumbres which is the area with the greatest plusvalia in Cancún.

Five minutes walking to restaurants, pharmacy, convenience stores etc.
Five minutes by car to malls, supermarkets and very close to the airport.
By car you get very easy to the bus station, Cancún beaches, Isla Mujeres, Playa del Carmen, Cozumel, Chichén Itzá, Xcaret, XelHa, Xplor, Xochimilco, Tulum, Holbox, etc.

The house is fully equiped with shampoo, body wash, liquid hand soap, towels, iron and hair dryer.
1. No noise or loud music is allowed at any time for respect to the neighboors
2. No parties or events are allowed
3. The house must be treated with respect, any damage to the property must be covered by the guest
4. The use of drugs is prohibited by the mexican authorities.
5. The number of people in the reservation must match with the maximum number of people that will be in the property, no extra guests
6. The speed limit at the residential is 30km per hour. There will be a fine for driving above this limit.
7. The pool area is not restricted after hours but noise cannot be an issue or we will get complaints from neighbors. So if you choose to use the patio area be aware that there cannot be noise. Respect this rule and ideally stay inside after 10pm to avoid penalties.

In case of breaking any rule, the guest will be subject to pay a fine of USD $800, being evicted from the property with no refund or being consigned to the corresponding authorities.
