Step outside into your personal oasis! The oversized saltwater pool is one of the standout features of this home, ideal for endless splashes and sun-soaked afternoons. The screened-in porch invites you to relax in theater-style reclining chairs, perfect for movie nights under the stars. The true gem is the fabulous tiki hut with bar seating, a TV, and a beverage refrigeratorâyour go-to spot for sipping tropical drinks and entertaining friends! HUGE 5 bedroom home- sleeps up to 15 guests with 3 full bathrooms! Nestled into a quiet beach residential neighborhood, home is a 5 minute drive to beach, restaurants, shopping, coffee shops, pubs, etc. An entertainers delight that has added fun features that you and your guests will LOVE!
POOL:
This pool is really large and there is an option to heat it seasonally (Oct-April) for an additional cost. The pool deck has plenty of seating for you and your guests. TWICE A WEEK pool service.
This home offers a full-size washer and dryer and is equipped with wireless internet and has linens and bedding provided. There is a Smart TV in 4 of the 5 bedrooms and 3 additional Smart TVs in the common areas. The backyard is fully fenced in which makes it suitable for animals. We provide a grill, fire pit and beach necessities, to include a cooler, beach towels, beach chairs and umbrella.
