Location was excellent, out of the hustle and bustle of Raleigh traffic but close to everything. Quiet, friendly neighborhood, clean home with everything you need. Only note is if you drive a full size truck, it wont fit in the garage or driveway, so we parked across the street.
Great location very clean quite spacious. Alex was so easy to communicate with. She had answers for any questions I had almost immediately. Would definitely recommend this townhome.
This is the second time weâve stayed here and we will book it again the next time weâre in town. It feels like a home away from home. Itâs a cozy townhouse on the end of the lane so lots of windows let in lovely natural light. The neighborhood is maintained well and feels very safe. We appreciated the use of the garage, especially on the rainy days. The only issue we had was that the water pressure isnât great in the upstairs main suite shower, but the bathrooms are spacious and kept clean. Thankful for the cozy accommodations, especially since we were there for almost a whole week.
We stayed here for parents weekend at NCSU. The townhouse was roomy and clean and had everything we needed. It is in a great location near shopping and restaurants.
My wife and I enjoyed stayiing in this home. It was well appointed both in terms of furnishings, TVs, and kitchen equipment. It was very clean and beautifully appointed. Thank you Alexandra for a wonderful stay while welcoming my new granddaughter into the world.
The condo as pictured is exact on point. Loved our stay, and very quiet. Very clean and contact with owner with misc questions was on point. Iâd recommend this rental in a heartbeat. Thanks,Alex.
We loved our extended stay here! This property is very open and light-filled and well appointed for any need, from bath products to cooking utensils to even basic spices and paper products. Itâs a quiet end unit near many restaurants and shops and easy access to Raleigh or Cary. Alexandra was super responsive and easy to work with- thank you for a wonderful stay!
We had a great stay. It was the perfect set up. We thought we read there was a pull out couch, but that was not the case. The house did have a cockroach inside the kitchen, and many in the garage, but it is the south! As a former FL resident, I didnât expect it on the counter. There was also hair in the shower before we used it. We loved the books, board games, puzzles, and art things. We had everything we needed and were happy to see there was extra blankets, towels and pool towels. I loved that there was a Roku for our Netflix accounts, a pool to use, and cleaning supplies. We will be back.
Nice home. Neighbors not the friendliest. Dishwasher leaked all over kitchen floor, but that aside it accommodated my needs. No working can opener so I purchased one for the house, which was left there. In a moment of panic, my son did bring another pet to the property on the last night we were there, which did delay our checkout. That I take responsibility for. However, the response from the owner to a 2 hour delay in leaving was to threaten to send Raleigh Police Department to remove me from the property. I take responsibility for the extra pet, but this kind of response is a bit excessive, no? Clearly wouldnât book there again.
