ChargePoint Level-2 EV Charging Station set up to provide 48 Amp charging (guest pays for actual usage as tracked in the ChargePoint App). Located in a safe neighborhood great for walking. Fully equipped kitchen, high-speed internet and Amazon Fire TV's in the living room and all bedrooms. Conveniently located in the northwest area of Raleigh. Words could not express how much we loved our stay! This location had everything our family of four needed for our overnight stay in Raleigh. This location is beautifully kept, animal friendly and the owner was super friendly! We will definitely be back in the near future and look foward to staying here again!

Our second stay and just as great as the first time. The house and property are top notch as well as the host, Eric. We have rented many places and this is the best and most accurately described by far. Every amenity we needed, clean, comfortable, and a great location for our needs. Another great stay!!

Eric the host was great with communication and his house was super clean, well organized, and comfortable. Would stay again. He thought of everything you could need. Very accommodating. We were traveling with a toddler and especially appreciated the blackout curtains. Sadly, we had to put our dog down before our trip, Eric was kind to refund our pet fee.

This property was awesome! Outstanding communication with the host. The location was absolutely perfect for what we needed to do. The yard is perfect for a pet. The neighborhood was nice to walk around at night. This house had literally everything we needed for our stay. Offroad parking, and it was clean, clean, clean. If we have business down in this area again, we are definitely staying here. Great job!

Great place to stay!

This was perfect for our weekend in Raleigh with our pups. No detail was overlooked right down to the fresh water that was waiting for our digs when we arrived. Very cozy and comfy!

Excellent visit!

A very convenient location for visiting Raleigh, Durham and Chapel Hill. The house is beautifully maintained and decorated! The outside patio is lovely anytime of day. Eric is easy to contact and very helpful. My friends and I had a delightful stay here! Highly recommend!

Great VRBO Experience!

I’m a seasoned real estate broker who owns a property management company. I’m hard to impress. This home and the property manager succeeded where many others have failed. He was friendly, clear and concise in his communication, and provided too many thoughtful details to mention. We would stay again! Excellent Hospitality and Stay

It was very welcoming and comfortable with every detail taken care of -- down to having fresh, cold water in the dog bowl ready for us when we arrived. The property is in pristine condition, incredibly well maintained, and in a perfect location for accessing the greater Raleigh area. We highly recommend this property and will definitely stay here again when our travels take us to Raleigh. If we could give 20 stars for the review we would!

Beautiful home, thoughtfully decorated and organized. Clean and cozy with a fenced in yard for my pup. Our family stopped in Raleigh to have an overnight and pick up a cousin from the airport on our way to the beach and this home was the perfect spot to rest and recharge. Eric, our host, was amazing. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Thus is an impeccable property. Eric was accomodating by turning on a few inside lamps since we were arriving late to check in. He has thought of everything as the detail to make the stay was greatly appreciated. Amazing property! We will return on our next trip to Raleigh.

Wedding Weekend Home Base!

Everything, from booking to checkout, was perfect. Eric, the owner, was very attentive & accommodating. The home was spotless, and beautifully & thoughtfully appointed (even had bedside white noise machines)! Had everything we needed, plus more. Made for an ideal situation for us as we were in town for our daughter’s wedding.

Everything is great!!

Eric was quick to response and considerate. We loved how he made sure everything was in order for our arrival. We impressed by the attention to detail. He stocked the kitchen with essentials. He even provided a bug spray on the back porch. The house is spotless. We will definitely stay here again when we are in the area next time.

Home Away From Home

We had a fantastic time at this property! The house and the surrounding property were absolutely beautiful. It was fully equipped with all the essentials and more—towels, linens, cooking utensils, and everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. The attention to detail made it feel like a true home away from home.Our four-legged companion had an amazing time, especially with the spacious backyard and porch. We enjoyed taking a few walks around the peaceful neighborhood in the mornings and evenings. It's quiet, with plenty of sidewalks, making it perfect for a leisurely stroll.The only downside was the road directly behind the house. It can get a bit busy and loud at times, but if you're used to living in a suburban or metro area, it likely won’t be much of a bother.Overall, if you're in the area, I highly recommend this house for a relaxing and enjoyable stay!

Our favorite stay

I would like to start by saying that Eric went advice and beyond to ensure that our stay was amazing. The home was very clean and he did not leave out a thing to ensure we were comfortable and had everything we needed to enjoy our time in Raleigh. We have rented much larger homes for a lot more money that did not come close to how satisfied we were with this home. We will certainly be staying here when we come to Raleigh!!

Fantastic property! Amazingly well stocked. He went the extra mile and had snacks waiting for us when we arrived. One of our family members left something at the house. He contacted us immediately and waited for her to return to retrieve the item. Would definitely book this home again when in the Raleigh area! Thank you for a great stay!

Our family has owned this home since it was built in 2008. Over the years, it has proven to be a convenient location in a nice neighborhood.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

The house is approximately 1300 sq ft. There are 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. There is a small porch off of the kitchen and a patio with a picnic table and umbrella. The back yard is fenced in and we are pet friendly!
