The second bedroom is on the lower level and features a plush queen-sized bed, hardwood floors, and its own cozy charm.

The full bathroom attached to the primary suite is spacious and brightly lit. Choose from a relaxing soak in the garden tub or a steamy rinse in the separate walk-in shower. The lovely downstairs full bathroom has a tub/shower combo. Both bathrooms have been thoughtfully stocked with fresh towels, essential toiletries, and hair dryers for your convenience.

As a guest, you’ll have complete access to the entire home with the exception of a locked closet upstairs. Self-check-in and a Smart Lock system provide absolute convenience from the moment you arrive. There is free and secure parking for two vehicles in front of the entrance of the home. A designated EV charging station has been established as well.

This is a pet-friendly home for a maximum of two dogs. The pet fee is $100.

The home features Smart TVs as well as a designated workspace in the main bedroom, paired with high-speed WiFi.

The Neighborhood:
Our home is in the Park Place neighborhood. We follow town noise ordinances of quiet time within 10:00 pm-7:00 am. Our home has up to two parking places right tout the front door and we ask that if for any reason you were to have more than that you check with the host regarding guest parking access. We aim to be great neighbors and ask our guests to be respectful of our neighbors and house rules.
