•. This home is located in a quiet family neighborhood. Please be mindful of the neighbors and respect our Quiet Hours – 10pm-7am

• Smoking is not allowed (including vaping). A minimum $250 cleaning fee if rule is not observed.

• Please complete Checkout procedures – A minimum $50 fee can be charged if the property is left extra messy, lots of trash left behind (our cleaners charge us).

• Please leave prior to check out time. Our cleaning team plans their schedule to allow time to have everything ready for the next guest, so there will be a $50/hour charge for every hour past check-out time.
