It is $50 PER DAY to heat the pool

We charge a cleaning fee of $40 to use the grill. It can be paid prior or after your reservation. You are responsible for purchasing propane for use.

*To heat the pool, it takes 24 hours to be completely heated, so let us know if you want the heated pool at least 24 hours before the day you want it heated. It costs $50 per day.

Quiet HOA community

The best way to travel to the stores nearby is by driving no more than 5 mins to Wal-Mart, Chic-fil-a and Medieval Times, Walgreens and much more restaurants, gas stations and many more stores

Please be aware there are cameras at the front and rear of the house. Security will confirm amount of people entering the home at all times. If the number of guests exceed the amount that was listed on your reservation, Your reservation will be canceled immediately and you will NOT receive a refund.

HOUSE LEFT IN DISARRAY (additional) - $70

Any parties that are held under reservation you will be charged $1000

You will be charged $20 for each stained, damaged or missing towel

If there are any damages to any electronic devices and or entertainment consoles you will be charged the full amount of cost to replace those devices .

If any of the following devices are removed from the property Xbox and Xbox controllers, Oculus Quest 2 and arcade console. you will be charged $500.

If any devices are stolen and or damaged by any person under your reservation we will hold you responsible for the cost of the replacement.

Must have the exact number of guests or your reservation will be canceled

NO PARTIES - This is a residential community, quiet hours are from 10pm-8am, during this time noise must be kept to a minimum. If you throw a party at the house, this will result in the neighbors calling the police, your reservation will be immediately terminated and we will charge you a fine of $1.000.

NO PETS- Any pets brought into the home you will be charged $425 for cleaning and your reservation will be cancelled immediately without a refund.
If you have a service dog you must provide the supportive documents prior to your reservation.

NO SMOKING- No smoking anywhere on the property. You will be charged a fine of $200 and your reservation will be cancelled immediately without a refund. Subject to $500 Cleaning fee

Please be aware that there are security cameras outside of the home that will detect how many guests are entering the home.

For all gaming equipment If there is any damage or loss to the equipment in the home you will be responsible for the full replacement cost.

Street parking only on one side of the street please pay attention to the signs or your vehicle will be towed by security.
Driveway can fit only 3 vehicles
