Enjoy peace and quiet provided by five bedrooms with friends and family and have a blast enjoying the amenities and spaces offered by the property. Located just 1.5 miles outside Alexandria Bay, the area offers numerous land and water-based activities. Hiking, biking, boating, kayaking, fishing and anything else you like to do. The three downstairs bedrooms all have sliding door entries to the backyard so you have that much easier access to the beautiful outdoors and hot tub.

The pool is open!!!!! Until mid September, and will re-open in May.

The property offers plenty of indoor and outdoor space for your group. Outdoors you will find picnic tables that can accommodate up to 16 people for large meals, an outdoor kitchen area featuring a BBQ grill and separate griddle cooktop for all those large feasts. New for 2024 is a 6 person hot tub just outside the first floor bedrooms. Host your firepit to sit around and tell all those ghost stories and bad dad jokes while staring at the satellite and star-filled sky! Lots of activities without leaving the property, you'll find a driveway basketball court along with a groomed trail through the backyard woodlands to explore. And don't forget the pool, a large size with a deep end for swimming, playing and just cooling off.

Indoors you will find a spacious dining area with a table that can accommodate 8 spots very comfortably or 10 spots with a couple of kids. The sizeable kitchen is fully stocked with cooking utensils, pots and pans, and dishes. In addition to the dining room, there is a sun room that we call the Breakfast Nook, and has seating for four along with a large daybed that can fit several comfortably for sitting and chatting, sipping on the hot beverage of choice provided by the coffee/tea bar in the corner. The living room has a wraparound couch, with a large TV in the corner. The shelves have books with local area and wildlife knowledge and tales, puzzles and board games to keep you busy on those rainy or relaxation days and nights. There is a mud room / washer and dryer for keeping everything clean as needed. The linens and towels are in that area and are fully provided as well. Three of the five bedrooms have sliding glass doors to the outside and path to the hot tub. Four of the bedrooms have king size beds as well as Roku TVs!

The Alexandria Bay area is the perfect vacation hot spot with a plethora of restaurants and shopping, river boat cruises, and national parks right next to the mighty St Lawrence River. The wildlife is plentiful, bring your binoculars for the best views! You won't find a quieter or more relaxing property inside or outside of Alexandria Bay and area than our Alex Bay Ranch!
