Welcome to your perfect retreat in picturesque Tahoe City, a spacious haven ideal for extended families or reunions. This expansive home offers an exquisite blend of comfort and luxury, designed to create memorable moments for all guests.
Upon entering, you'll be greeted by the main floor's open-concept living, kitchen, and dining area, adorned with floor-to-ceiling windows that flood the space with natural light. The cozy living room, featuring a charming woodstove, opens onto a large, sunny deck with delightful peek-a-boo views of Lake Tahoe. The state-of-the-art kitchen is equipped with top-of-the-line amenities, making it a joy for any home chef. Additionally, this level boasts a serene primary bedroom with a king bed and a lavish ensuite bathroom.
Nestled in a tranquil Tahoe City neighborhood, this home is less than half a mile from scenic trails perfect for hiking, mountain biking, snowshoeing, and cross-country skiing around Paige Meadows. For the adventurous, trails leading to the Pacific Crest Trail (PCT) are also accessible. Conveniently, you're just a short drive from West Shore Market, Fire Sign Café, and downtown Tahoe City.
Accommodating up to ten guests, this home provides ample space for two families or a group of friends. The lower floor features four additional bedrooms: one with a queen bed and ensuite bathroom, another with a queen bed, one with twin beds, and one with bunk beds. The inviting family room on this level includes a plush sofa, a gas fireplace, and sliding doors that open to yet another expansive deck.
During winter, bring your snow gear and enjoy the small sledding hill right outside the front door, providing endless fun for the kids as they play in the snow.

For a night out, explore the restaurants in Tahoe City, which are less than 5 miles away.
Parking:
Parking is available for 4 cars total. Two in the garage and two in the driveway. No street parking per county ordinance.
Prepare for mountain or winter weather driving in winter months. This may mean Four wheel drive with snow tires or chains. Check weather or road reports. AWD and 4WD necessary to get up the mountain roads and some driveways in the winter months.
Other things to Note:
* Renters must be 25+
* This is a non-smoking home.
* Pets are not allowed at this home.
* Maximum Occupancy per county ordinance is 10 adults.
* Use of the BBQ is not guaranteed in winter months, due to limited access.
* Use of outdoor furniture is not guranteed in the winter.
