Casa Bella Vista est une belle, lumineuse et mise à jour de 4 chambres, 2 salles de bain, une maison pour animaux de compagnie avec vue panoramique sur le lac et un parking plat et facile d'accès. Cette maison de West Shore Tahoe est située dans un quartier calme et magnifique et offre une vue imprenable sur le lac. Le niveau principal offre un espace de vie grand ouvert parfait pour socialiser. Profitez de la vue sur le lac depuis tout le salon; y compris la cuisine bien aménagée et récemment rénovée où vous trouverez toutes les commodités dont vous avez besoin, y compris lave-vaisselle et micro-ondes. Les salles à manger et le salon s'ouvrent sur le pont ensoleillé par une grande porte coulissante qui permet à la lumière du soleil de pénétrer tout au long de la journée. Le salon confortable avec une cheminée à foyer ouvert offre juste la bonne quantité d'intimité pour socialiser ou profiter des films. Il y a un téléviseur grand écran plat de 50 pouces avec service par satellite. Il y a aussi un système DVD. Ce niveau supérieur a également une chambre principale avec un lit queen-size et une salle de bain complète.
Le niveau inférieur comprend 2 chambres avec vue sur le lac et reines (une avec un autre téléviseur et lecteur DVD) et une 4ème chambre avec vue sur le lac avec lit queen / lits jumeaux superposés et lits jumeaux. Ces chambres partagent une salle de bain privée (pas encore rénovée). Casa Bella Vista offre un beau lieu de rassemblement pour la famille et les amis pour profiter de la tranquillité du lac et de ses vues panoramiques. Courte distance en voiture ou à pied de la plage de Meeks Bay Resort. Station de ski de Homewood à proximité. Pendant l'été, certains bruits de la route peuvent être entendus à l'extérieur sur le pont.

Great 60th birthday celebration!

Really WONDERFUL property! Exactly as described, or perhaps even undersold, as the lake and mountain view from the deck is just amazing! Looking forward to renting here again during another season as it snowed (loved it!) for a couple days, which meant we stayed cozy inside and watched the snowflakes fall.

Everything was great and beautiful. The location was perfect. The only thing was that some of the furniture was damaged and broken on arrival which we had to be cautious about.

As beautiful as advertised

View from the main living space is as great as it looks in the pictures. Beds are comfortable, deck is great, living room is cozy. Only downside is that all three downstairs bedrooms share one bathroom, but not that big of a deal. Host is informative and responsive. Would definitely stay again!

Amazing views!!

Every negative thing you could imagine about this place would be negated by the most amazing views of the lake. It is very homey/cozy and has all of the amenities needed for a long/short term stay. The bathroom downstairs could use some updating but other than that, the stay was beyond awesome! Location is spot on - near burger and pizza spots as well as well as the Tahoma market. Can't be beat - hope to return soon!!!

Beautiful Location and Home

My family of 6 absolutely loved this home. It was the perfect house with breathtaking views of Meeks Bay and Lake Tahoe. The home had everything needed for our stay of the week. We did need to call in requesting wine glasses as there were none available, but the property manager dropped them off promptly! The fans were a big help during the hot afternoons, and the sunsets were just spectacular. Five stars from our group!

Amazing Views! Great property management experience

The views from this home are absolutely incredible. As stated in past reviews, the furnishings could use some updating. Most of our time was spent away from the house and on the deck enjoying those views. The house has great space and is very well equipped. I would like to mention that our experience with the property management company Tahoe Time was wonderful. They were very responsive and continued to communicate very efficiently leading up to and during our stay with any questions or needs that we had. I would definitely recommend renting from them again. Thank you!

Beautiful Views

The home was very cozy and had all the supplies and amenities to host a family for a week's vacation. The views are magnificent and the location of nearby shops and restaurants is perfect. This place is just out of the way for a great family retreat but still close enough to partake in everything Lake Tahoe offers. My only complaint is that the door and window screens need replacing as they let in mosquitos and flies. Some of the windows didn't open and since there is no AC it would get rather warm during the day. Otherwise, it's a great home to relax and enjoy family time.

Perfect for family of 4

We had a great time staying at the Penthouse! The view was fabulous, the location was great, and it was perfect for our family of 4 with 2 small kids. It is located between center and west village so it was an easy walk to both. The hot tub was great, the condo was very clean and cozy, and check in was easy. We would definitely stay again!

The view was absolutely magnificent and the deck was great. I did think they should upgrade the kitchen. There were no platters, many dishes and cups were cracked, no complete set of the very basics like measuring spoons and measuring cups. They had four mismatched wine glasses in a four bedroom home. Also two blinds did not work at all, several fans were broken and it was 90 degrees in the house during the day. There were cobwebs everywhere inside and outside the house. The NBQ was filthy and it took a long time to clean it. The rug needed shampooing and the interior needed painting.

Lake Tahoe Getaway

Waking up, after arriving near midnight the night before, to the AMAZING view literally took our breath away! The views deserve way more than 5 stars. The kitchen and living room area with floor to ceiling windows also let us take in the spectacular view! The kitchen was well equipped and all the bedrooms were very comfortable. When we come back to Tahoe, we will definitely book here again! We did not want to leave!

Overall, very good. There were some issues with the plumbing making very loud noises at night, spoke with property manager, said they would look into it. Other than that, a very beautiful property, great location, walking distance to Meeks bay.

Best views in Tahoe

Yes if you are thinking of renting a nice house with an absolutely amazing view of Lake Tahoe as well as surrounding snow covered mountains. Then this is the perfect place to vacation year round. Stunning Views!

Views are absolutely stunning! Great layout. Fully stocked kitchen although we did not cook. We did agree with some of the comments that the view was fabulous but the inside furniture was a bit lumpy and bumpy. That’s the only negative, otherwise the house was perfect!

Refreshing

The house has an amazing view. It’s a beautiful home. We can just stay in the house all day and feel rested. I have everything I need to cook our meals. I love the clean white bedsheets and white towels. The beds and pillows are decent. We enjoyed watching the DVD movie collections at night. It’s in the very good neighborhood close to places we went to, the hikes and trails up the mountain. The area wasn’t crowded, we went Monday to Thursday. Pets allowed, thank you! We took our doodle to Monkey Rock, Cascade Falls and Kaspian beach. There is no backyard so we had to walk the dog day and night to do his routine and clean up after him. There is no covered parking. Park on the left side of the house on the road. I’m only bothered that the plates and bowls have cracks and chips but this is a very easy fix. Overall we had the best experience and would love to be back.
