Great Place to stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is the second time I've stayed at this house. I love this house. It is two houses! If you have a person or couple who want more privacy, this house has it. The pool is wonderful and the walk to the beach is like two minutes. The house is beautiful with all the stuff you need for a trip away from home. The company is so easy to work with too.

Stunning home with a very short walk to beach. Loved the area of Laguna Beach! It was the perfect spot when traveling with teens that wanted to visit both 30A and Panama City. Would definitely recommend!!!

House was very clean, beach was just a couple minutes walk from house. We traveled with small kids, teenagers and adults. We all really enjoyed staying here. The house had everything we needed for cooking and plenty of towels. We would recommend this place highly and we would definitely stay here again. Check-in was super easy also.

Family vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is the second year in a row we stayed at the Xanadu house. It is a great house as well as a great location. Walking distance to the beach (only one block) was perfect for us. No need to try and find parking somewhere. The pool was great to cool off or just sit around and relax. The kids like it more than the beach. Plenty of room in the house and the bedroom with a kitchen/family room and bathroom over the garage is fantastic. Plenty of parking and close to grocery stores and restaurants. Blue Swell is second to none on how they handle the property. From booking to check in and handling any problems during our stay they were spot on. The owners of the house have a great company handling their property. We liked the house and location so much we are already booked for next year. Can't wait to go back.

Rental in PCB for family vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Home was beautiful, spacious and clean. Had only one concern and it was taken care of as promised. Tropical storm kept us from the beach most of the week but the pool was wonderful and we all took full advantage. House has nice amenities and lots of outdoor furnishings to enjoy. Not really a view, but we were able to see waves from the storm in a couple places. Beach access was an easy short walk and probably the easiest we have had out of all our beach trips. Bring games and things to do in case of inclement weather. Lots of TVs and we were able to stream. Kitchen well equipped. Location is in residential neighborhood and houses all around, so if you are looking for beach views while having morning coffee you will be disappointed. No complaints otherwise.

My Family's Vacation

Very pleased with location, close access to beach, the pool was definitely a big hit. Number of bedrooms and baths were just what we needed. Enjoyed the included beach chairs and umbrellas, set up for us everyday.

Perfect fit

Our family of 13 enjoyed our stay. We all had comfortable accommodations and enjoyed our view. The neighborhood was quiet and only a short stroll to the beach. Hope to stay here again.

Best Family Vacation

We had a blast, the whole family agreed one of our best! House was spacious,clean, and just a short ,short walk to beach . We had 2 babies and small children no problem walking to beach. We will all remember this vacation! 12 people total and plenty of room also the teenagers loved staying in guesthouse. It was a nice quiet neighborhood, you won’t regret staying at this gem!

Great Home!

Very nice home! It was very clean, close to everything, the beds are super comfortable, and the upstairs bedroom had the most amazing shower. The view of the beach is great and it’s only a short walk away!

Fun in the sun!

House was amazing (and includes an in-law suite separated by the pool area)! The house was beautiful and had everything we needed (plenty of cooking and cookware options, towels [bath and beach], comfortable beds and extra blankets). Location is great and only a few minutes walk to beach access 87. Even had 2 beach chairs and umbrella set up included each day. Will definitely stay here again!

Family Memories

Our family had the best week staying at this property. The pool was amazing to have for the family. Lots of room in the house for all to get quiet time from the family🤗. Thanks again for allowing us to rent this home.

A hidden gem of a house!

We loved this house so much! Perfect for our family! Not too far from the beach at all even with 3 little kids/baby. We enjoyed the pool, spacious rooms, and grilling on the back patio. Plenty of room for everyone!
