PARKING:
There is ample FREE STREET PARKING available.
PLEASE do not park in the driveway. The DRIVEWAY belongs to our neighbors.

Guest Access:
This is a rental for the entire home. Guests will have access to the entire space, with your own coded entry.
The Neighborhood:
Located in one of the most vibrant neighborhoods in KC with young families, medical school students, artists and entrepreneurs.
Plenty of local food within blocks, coffee literally down the alley.
Only 5mins away of the popular Crown Center shopping area, the National World War I Museum and Memorial, and Union Station, all of which lie just outside the neighborhood.
Getting Around:
Almost everything downtown KC has to offer will be at your doorstep. It's either walking distance or a $5-$10 Uber ride from the our place. Prime location at it's finest!

HOUSE RULES:
No Smoking Inside, NO PARTIES. No Gatherings. Be kind to the neighbors. Do not block their parking spots/driveways. If you BREAK THE NO PARTY RULE, you will be asked to leave and forfeit your rent. We have the right to assess a $500 fine if these rules are violated. This home is in a residential neighborhood so please observe the quiet times— 10:00pm to 7:00am.
PETS:
We welcome well behaved pets with prior host approval. Please include your pet in the reservation. The platform only allows one pet fee—additional pets must be paid separately via the Resolution Center or invoice. Pet fee is $50 per pet, per stay. All pets must be pre-approved.
Guests must clean up after their pets. Unauthorized or unreported pets may result in fines up to $500, plus any damages or extra cleaning.
Interaction with Guests:
You are welcome to contact us with questions through the Airbnb app should anything come up during your stay— we are not far away.. but we do not interact directly with guests unless it’s necessary. We make sure you feel like you're in your home-away-from-home, free of intrusion.
