Dine out with a short walk to KC's best restaurants or cook a delicious meal with full kitchen amenities including all new appliances. It is equipped with basic dishes and cookware, a toaster, and basic coffee service.







Two welcoming living spaces are perfect for lounging and watching a movie, or snuggling up and reading a book. The first living space is located on the main level, the second is located at the basement. If you are feeling competitive, this home is also equipped with a foosball and a pool table for you to enjoy with your family and friends.

PARKING

There is Free Parking on our property: The driveway and garage is available for guest use.





LAUNDRY

There is a washer and dryer located in the home.





BASEMENT ACCESS



Please note the recreational area and one of the bedrooms are located in the basement. In order to access this area, you must go through the garage and down a flight of concrete stairs. There is no way to enter this area from inside the home.Please be mindful of this when travelling with small children or people who have physical limitations with stairs, etc.



Guest Access:

The home is all yours. You have your own entrance, parking, and full reign of the space. You will enter the home using a door equipped with keyless entry (code provided before check in) which adds ease and flexibility to check in and check out.



The Neighborhood:

Our neighborhood is very walkable. Our home is located on tree lined streets of Mission, Kansas—one of the most charming neighborhoods in metropolitan Kansas City. The local community center is steps away, you can hit the gym, shoot some hoops and swim at the indoor full (for a small fee).



Getting Around:

Walk to some nearby restaurants. Uber and Lyft are very accessible for your transportation needs.

HOUSE RULES:

No Smoking Inside, NO PARTIES. No Gatherings. Be kind to the neighbors. Do not block their parking spots/driveways. If you BREAK THE NO PARTY RULE, you will be asked to leave and forfeit your rent. We have the right to assess a $500 fine if these rules are violated. This home is in a residential neighborhood so please observe the quiet times— 10:00pm to 7:00am.



Disclaimer- We have EXTERIOR Security camera located in the entrance of our home that record activity when somebody comes enters and leave the area of residence. The exterior security cameras are in place to ensure we are in compliance with our House Rules. Footage remains private and is used to monitor occupancy, No Unauthorized Animal/Pet Policy, No Smoking Policy, No Party/Guests or Visitor Policy, and for liability purposes.



PETS- This property welcomes well-behaved pets and their responsible owners. There is a pet fee per stay. Please let us know in advance if you are bringing a pet.

The yard is fully fenced and the neighborhood is great for walks. Guests are responsible for picking up after their pets.

Evidence of excessive pet waste or damage is subject to a fine.



Interaction with Guests:

You are welcome to contact us with questions through the Airbnb app should anything come up during your stay— we are not far away.. but we do not interact directly with guests unless it’s necessary. We make sure you feel like you're in your home-away-from-home, free of intrusion.
