Thank you for taking the time to leave your review, Sarah. We are greatly saddened to hear that you had such a negative experience. We take great pride in the cleanliness and preparations of our homes, and are very concerned to hear you found the home to be so poorly cleaned. Had we been informed of the state of the property we would have been eager to send cleaners over right away to rectify the situation. We would like to assure you that we have shared this with our team, and will be reviewing how such a mishap could have occurred. We can only begin to understand the alarm and frustration that was caused by the damage charge that was incorrectly applied. We understand that our manager has been in contact, and was able to review and rectify the issue by refunding the charge fully. We certainly do not intend to apply inaccurate charges to our guests, and are eager to speak through such happenings - each damage charge that is incurred is only applied to a guest after careful investigation, and is applied in such a matter to ensure our owners are protected. However, if there is ever a reason to question or reexamine such cases, we prioritize doing so, quickly refunding charges where applicable. Again, we greatly appreciate your review, and will use the information you have provided about your experience to enhance our performance as a team.
