This home was great! Well stocked with everything we would need in the home to cook and relax and everything we needed for a day at the beach. It is a great location walking distance to the beach, the bay and Belmont park. Great place for our family get away.

The house is in a fantastic location and is well stocked. Trash trucks roll through a few times a week pretty early in the morning but each room has a noise machine so it didn't bother us! Our family had an amazing vacation here!

Great trip for our 3 gen family of six. Having a new condo in an old beach neighborhood is a big plus. Everything was new and perfectly appointed for visitors.Belmont Park was great entertainment and a very short walk from the unit. The hurricane aftermath affected our beach time, but certainly did not affect our fun time.I had a couple of logistical questions, and texted the homeowners. I got immediate responses, even though it was a weekend.Big walk in closets and plenty of storage without feeling cramped by luggage etc. Wonderful balcony with a large table for playing games and eating meals.

Lovely Beach Retreat

I was pleasantly surprised by this condo and the surrounding area. The house itself was comfortable and very clean! The owners thought of everything. From the rolled up beach towels by the entry way to the coffee nook right off the kitchen, Everything was top notch! My only regret was the short 3 day stay! Thanks for making your house a perfect place for much needed R&R!

Had a fantasy stay at this property! House was perfect, very clean, and well thought out and organized! Kitchen is beautiful, and extremely well stocked! Location is perfect to access everything that the San Diego region has to offer. Neighborhood is quiet, and perfect beach and bay access. We stayed with our 2 adult daughters/son in laws, and grandson. Great space for all, including pack n play, beach toys, beach towels, wagon, and beach chairs. Communication with property managers/host was smooth and checkin and checkout was even smoother! I would definitely stay here again!

Perfect stay

The property had every amenity for a beach vacation and all the builder upgrades from quartz countertops to engineered hardwood floors. We throughly enjoyed our stay and hanging out playing chess and table shuffleboard.

Another fantastic stay at this impressive VRBO! Meticulously maintained with everything you could possibly need on vacation. Minutes from the ocean and bay in a very quiet and pleasant area. This VRBO offers guests plenty of privacy and also a beautiful first floor kitchen and spacious family room gathering space. Nice and light and comfortable throughout.

The property has a great location and easy access to the beach and the bay. Comfortable layout and furniture and very well stocked kitchen appliances, utensils and cookware. The hosts were very responsive and accommodating. It was very clean and I would definitely stay again for my next trip. One of the nicest properties we’ve stayed at.

Great stay!

We loved the location! So close to the beach, but far enough away so that it was a quiet retreat. Having a 2 car garage was a treat as parking in Mission Beach can be difficult. Close to restaurants. Beautiful property.

Summer Family Vacation

The property was great and just what we were looking for. The owners were wonderful to work with and the property was as described. We had 6 in our party and the bedroom and bathroom layouts worked perfectly. We would stay again and recommend to others.

Wonderful stay

The house was perfect for our stay. Well stocked, clean, walking distance to beach and Belmont Park. The garage fit two small Rav-4 size cars but it was tight. 2 Larger cars would have a hard time. We really enjoyed the home!

Clean and bright condo for Family Spring Break

Stayed 5 days for a family spring break trip. Condo/townhouse was exactly as described, and very clean. Had a well stocked kitchen and bathroom with all linens. Loved that there were plenty of beach chairs and toys available.
