Upscale, like new home features a large chef’s kitchen with oversized refrigerator/freezer, screened back porch with collapsible doors from the living room, impressively relaxing backyard, and proximity to the beach make it perfect for families, couples, and golfers! Great location.Easy walk to the private beach! Awsome shade at the pool and perfect screened in porch for the summer bugs.Bedding and beds were comfy!

Our main purpose to rent a house was for a large garage for our show car for the Hilton Head Island Concourse. The garage was perfect and the house was exactly as shown in the photos. The beds were very comfortable, the linens were perfect. We did not use the kitchen - coffee pots and appliances were top notch! We definitely plan to return! Highly recommend few house!

Amazing house, great location, perfect for families

We had a perfect stay. The pool was heated and it was just the right temp. The house had everything we could have needed. We had 2 kids with us, found renting bikes to schlep to the beach was a bit easier but would have been a 10 min walk otherwise. The pool was fantastic and u had zero concerns about kids accessing it without us due to all the locks on house. We truly loved our stay and are already planning a return trip!

This was a wonderful vacation at a fantastic home with everything you could possibly imagine!! Me, my daughter and husband and 4 grandchildren enjoyed the week and would love to return!! Thank you for your hospitality and fantastic attention to detail to make this a special vacation to remember!!!

Thanks for taking the time to do a review. An extensive deep clean was completed right before the busy season began this year. We do deep cleans at a minimum in the spring and dependent upon the usage, perform some variation in the fall. Our apologies it did not meet your expectations. The unit has been rented the majority of the late spring and summer. There could be areas that need attention. We will review this and take appropriate action for future guests.

Wonderful

What a great place! Pool, close proximity to the beach, bike path across the street, nice towels and sheets…just to name a few. My son loved the ping pong table and the fire pit for roasting s’mores.

Wonderful House - and very accessible!

We have a son with a disability and this house hit all our needs. The elevator made our stay so much easier than any other house we've previously rented. The walk to the beach was relatively accessible too (no stairs!) The kitchen and master bath were beautiful. We appreciated having our own pool. The owners were very quick to reply to questions too!

Amazing Stay

The home was clean, comfortable and well-maintained. We appreciated the little touches like beach gear, pool toys, spices in the kitchen, etc. The homeowners were amazing to work with and we hope to be back soon. We didn't think we'd need the pool heated in August, but we wished we had once we arrived. So, if you're thinking about it, just ask them to heat it for your stay to make sure it's comfortable!

Great location

Everything went well. We had a little issue and the owners responded quickly and had the situation handled quickly. ( hot water wasn’t working. The breaker blew from the storm that rolled through).

Our overall impression of the place was positive! The location is nice and the house looked well taken care of. Everything was working properly and we had no issues in that regard. The listing does mention an outside tv, but there was not one during our stay- but this is just a minor thing and may have been overlooked in the listing description.

Very well appointed, pristine home

This luxurious home was extraordinarily clean and very modern. The entire home and property, even the garage, was spotless. It’s obvious that the owner pays special attention to detail. Quality towels and sheets and decorations around the home made it obvious that his home is very special. Tim was very quick to reply to questions and was always willing to help. His communications were very clear as well. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend this property to family and friends. The pictures on VRBO reflect exactly how the home looks in person.

Second trip to Hilton Head

This property was equipped with everything you would ever need. From beach towels, to beach cart, boogie boards, to every coffee maker you would ever need and nice heavy duty cookware. Not to mention my husband loves cooking on a griddle. I asked the owners before or stay if the house had one. As it didn’t we had all intentions of being ours. Melissa reached out to me to let me know she went ahead and ordered one and it would be there when we arrived. I never expected this, but this kind jester lets you know how much the home owners really care about your (our)stay. We would 100 percent stay at this house again. Thank you Dave and Melissa for making are family vacation feel just like home!!

Fabulous home

We had 3 generations staying in this home and it fit all of our needs well. My father is in a wheelchair and had an easy time getting around with the spacious floor plan. The elevator was plenty snug even for a pretty slim wheelchair, but it worked well for us. The home and grounds were very clean and well kept. Communication with the owners was prompt and they were so helpful. We loved having the pool (the extra charge for the heat was well worth it in early May as there is only a very small window of direct sun on the pool between 12:30-2pm or so) on site. The location was fabulous - very reasonable walk to two different beach access points, a playground and many sidewalks/trails for a leisurely stroll. Also a very easy drive to all the main beaches, restaurants, shops and playgrounds (the pirate playground was phenomenal!) that we wanted to visit. We would definitely recommend this home for a family! And we would be quick to stay again if ever in the area.
