Great times!!

A group of former College Baseball teammates stayed at property and it was perfect. We have been doing this trip 15 years and our first time in Hilton Head. 100% consider going back. Property was great!!

Perfect location.

Stayed a few nights for a tennis tournament and loved the area, near beach and shops. Plenty of bike paths and things to do in the area. Also a big plus was the house was located within a gated area, less traffic and felt safe. Would definitely stay here again.

Awesome place!

House was great and very convenient to shopping, dining, golf and the beach! We were impressed with the house having boogie boards and bikes! Will definitely stay again! Justin was great and very quick to respond.

Great house in Palmetto Dunes

Went to HHI for a golf weekend with old college friends. The house was clean and spacious. Lots of beds. Check-in was seamless. Driveway accommodated 5-6 cars. Host was very responsive. I highly recommend this rental house.

Perfect house for a golf trip

Perfect home for our golf trip. Short drives to golf courses, beach and restaurants. Justin responded within minutes to any questions we had. Kitchen was also well equipped to do any cooking. We will definitely be coming back.

Fantastic property!

We absolutely loved the house - everything from its location to setup to amenities! It’s a very short walk to the beach (under 0.5 miles to the sand) and is in a beautiful wooded neighborhood. The owner was extremely helpful and super prompt with communication. I really enjoyed the hammock in the back yard! Highly recommended and we would absolutely stay there again.

Great place for family vacation!

What a great place to spend a week! The house is large and spacious . There is everything you need to enjoy yourself . The pool was heated, which was an added bonus when we had a bit of colder weather . Short walk to the beach . Justin was easy to get in touch with and happy to answer any questions we had . I would definitely stay here again!

Great house, perfect location!

We had an amazing stay at 20 Heath Drive. Justin the host was available with questions prior to our trip (and during). The location sits very close to Alexander's, The Marriott, the general store, 2 golf courses, and it is just a short drive to all of the grocery / retail stores. The house itself was clean, there was plenty of room for our party of 14 and the pool in the backyard was nice after a day at the beach. I highly recommend this location!!

Lots of room

This property was ideal for our big family vacation. The kitchen wasn’t big enough for several people to prepare meals and the dining table was huge for eating and playing games. The two separate living spaces made it easy for everyone to spread out. We enjoyed the golf course view and the backyard pool.

Great house - great location!

I have nothing but positive things to say about 20 Heath in Palmetto Dunes. It is close to both the beach and to the tennis/pickleball center which was perfect for our family. The house itself is roomy and open with the bedrooms separated nicely for privacy. The kitchen was well equipped (we prepared a full Thanksgiving dinner) and the bathrooms were clean and spacious. My family has been renting at either Sea Pines or Palmetto Dunes for years and this property was one of the best. Justin (the owner/manager) was extremly responsive and helpful, which is a nice plus. We would definitely stay here again.

Large and spacious

My family truly enjoyed having room to roam. We all had our own rooms and we had dinner together and watched movies in the movie room. I used the tub and it was glorious. If you need space to spread out this is definitely for you and it’s only a 10 min walk to the beach.

Large, very beautiful home with plenty of room. Small pool, nice backyard. No hot tub. 15 minute walk to the beach. Beach chairs at the property but chairs and umbrella can be rented at the beach.

Fall Getaway!!

The house is very large. The house is listed as 5 bedrooms. However, one of the rooms listed as a bedroom is actually a loft, there are no enclosed walls. No privacy for adults. Would work for kid. The location of the house worked great for us. The house did have a supplies needed in the kitchen.

Awesome place to vacation!

We had a great stay at this house. It accommodated our family of 14 perfectly. The house is in a very nice neighborhood. It was very clean and decorated so beautifully and had plenty of furniture for everyone to be comfortable. The kitchen was very well stocked and had everything we needed and then some. The backyard was next to the golf course and had a beautiful view. The pool was the perfect size and we used it every day! It's a nice short walk to the beach or the Pickle ball courts. If you rent this house, you will not be disappointed. The owner was very accessible and was very quick to respond to any requests we had. Highly recommend this place for a fun and relaxing vacation! A+

Our stay at this home was outstanding from start to finish. The location on the island is ideal and convenient to every golf course I played during my tournament and close to everything we needed throughout the week. The community itself is exceptional: gated, beautifully maintained, and full of welcoming amenities including restaurants, golf courses, and a general store that made it feel both secure and inviting.The home is situated on a quiet street surrounded by lovely landscaping that provides a great sense of privacy. Numerous deer helped themselves to the back yard. Check-in was seamless thanks to clear, detailed instructions provided in advance, which made arrival stress-free. Inside, the layout was perfect for our group of friends and family. Each guest had their own bedroom and bathroom suite, allowing for both privacy and space to unwind. The master bathroom was ginormous . Looked like a small apartment! The interiors have a cool, contemporary feel with high ceilings, abundant natural light, and comfortable seating throughout. We had seven guests and had more than enough room and there were spaces we didn’t even use! Beds…WOW!The kitchen was well-equipped and made entertaining easy, connecting effortlessly to the dining area, living room, and outdoor space. Communication with the host was excellent . Justin was awesome! Any questions were answered promptly. 5 stars across the board! So happy we chose this home. I’ll be back next year! Thank you!

Property condition

The problems that created our overall impression of this VRBO property began at the front door. The front door hardware is so badly worn that one of us often felt locked out because we could not open the unlocked door, having to roust our spouse by ringing the doorbell throughout our stay. The property while nicely renovated in many ways was showing areas needing attention, with well worn furniture, stained carpets, and a broken dining room chandelier that can only be described as an unfunny joke. On the plus side, the location was great with nearby access to restaurants, stores and the beach. The kitchen was spacious and there were plenty of dishes, glasses, flatware and cookware. We mostly ate out though, so did not test much beyond the free-standing Walmart type microwave oven that seemed superfluous considering the built-in microwave above the wall oven. None of this would have been a deal breaker had we not signed up for a week at a "luxury" property in Palmetto Dunes, a beautiful and conveniently located, gated community.

Great house!

We loved spending Thanksgiving week at this house! The house is big and has lots of room for people to gather together or find quiet time. It is an easy walk to the beach and a nice quiet neighborhood. We loved being able to bring our dogs! The host is very responsive and helpful.
