Guests have exclusive use of the entire apartment during their stay. Both levels are open to cross sea breezes from Portsmouth Harbor just a few blocks away; the 3rd floor loft has birds' eye views of historic properties, open sky, and South Mill Pond, and is filled with warm woodwork. Second floor level includes kitchen, parlor, and second bath with clawfoot tub and shower, trimmed in period mouldings.

Plus, includes one designated off-street parking space--a major bonus for downtown Portsmouth. Once you park, you won't need your car again.

Amenities include free strong wifi, 2 bathrooms, W&D, fully outfitted kitchen with 2 coffee makers and a dishwasher, 2 smart TVs, OG video game consoles, games/toys/puzzles, loads of extra blankets, clothes steamer, hairdryer, and even sound machines to drown out city noise for lighter sleepers.
Basically, we've stocked the townhouse with everything we would want for our family on vacation.

Things to know: while the space sleeps up to 7-8 people, we only allow up to 4 adults and 2 children. Booking inquiries for extended family groups of up to 6 adults who plan to spend chill family time in the townhouse will be considered. The listing is priced for 2 adults, with additional guests activating a $30/person/day fee. Half of this fee is added to the housecleaner's fee to cover the additional prep, laundry, cleaning, and disinfecting before and after your stay. We pay our housecleaner and other subcontractors living wages for the region.

Please note that ***STAIRS to 3rd floor LOFT are VERY STEEP and NARROW.*** Family members with mobility challenges (or large suitcases!) might prefer to sleep on the second floor pull-out sofa in the parlor which can be closed off from the kitchen. Or rent our other rental unit for them in the same building--a Studio apartment on the 1st floor with it's own private entrance.
