This rental was perfect for our weekend stay. Very pet friendly. Super clean and comfortable. We hope to book it next year as well for an annual event that we attend in January in Chandler. The host was very good at keeping in touch. Excellent rental in every way!

Just a lot of little things are in need of repair all the kitchen cabinet drawers and door. Shower heads are plugged and barely work. Needs a good cleaning all of the floor rugs are really dirty. Toe kick in dishwasher was off and lying on the floor when we arrived wall paper in guest remove peeling off washer smells really moldy. Backyard furniture is all dirty and the patio needs power washed. Not one big thing or problem just needs someone to spend a weekend tuning things up.

We really enjoyed the beautiful home. The master bathroom door does not stay closed and the plugs in the sinks do not work. We would also suggest a trashcan in the master bath. Other than that, the home was very nice.

Great house!

Such a cute property and exactly what we were looking for. The property managers were so easy to communicate with and answered our questions quickly. That was much appreciated.

Perfect space for families!

We brought our 11 and 14 year old kids down for a quick getaway from winter, and this house was perfect! Two bathrooms is always a great bonus with kids, and they had just the right accommodations to keep us all happy. That is not an easy feat with teenagers!

Family reunion

The property is perfect for a family who enjoys spending time together. There is something for everyone. The home is welcoming, has great latge kitchen and seating for 9 inside. The outdoor space has a fire pit, grill, lawn for corn hole, heated pool, covered patio, outdoor TV and Darts. Outdoor dining table and bar stools plus another 2 person sweetheart table. Our family of 5 had a spectacular time.

Good rental

Pool was disappointing; small bathroom had bathtub that was peeling, tripping hazard to lower living room from front entrance. Bedrooms were nice, washer and dryer were amazing.

NHRA

We love racing and enjoy going to NHRA once a year. We bring our Great Dane's on all our vacations and always try to find a place that will be comfortable for our large family. This was a beautiful and quiet location with an amazing back yard and open floor plan. Loved the park near by as well as the neighborly feel. Would highly recommend.

Very clean and up to date

We had an issue with the pool not being heating but are in the process of working that out. We were pleased with how clean it was and it appeared to have all been remodeled.

A ray of sunshine!

The property was exactly as described. The pool area was sunshiney and clean. The backyard was perfect for our 2 dogs (They were so accommodating and let us bring 2 instead of one). Everything was seamless from check in to check out and Stefanie was extremely responsive with any questions we had. This property is staying on our list for repeat stays. We can’t wait to come back!

Wow

We loved staying in the house so much, it was well stocked and had everything we needed. It was very clean and modern feeling. We loved it so much that I looked to try and book it for next year same time. Unfortunately the price is a very large increase from what we paid this time around so I don’t think we will be able to do a repeat.

Awesome Place

Loved this house! It literally felt like it was my house. Didn’t feel like I was at a rental. I was there for a whole week for work. The only thing that would have been nice was more then two coffee pods and paper towels. But I just went to the store and got some supplies. I’ll definitely be renting this house again as I will be traveling more often to AZ. Love it!

Wonderful stay

My husband and I and our 3 kids (ages 6-12) stayed here and had a great time! Backyard/patio was fantastic with several amenities and the heated pool was wonderful. House was very clean. I would suggest a few things. I ended up buying a steamer and leaving it there because I could not find an iron. Also, the finish in the tub in the hall bathroom was peeling off. But no big deal. I would recommend this property!

Great location, comfy home

The home is lovely and was just big enough for our five adults. It would be perfect for a family with a couple/few kids. The property was very very clean. Not one issue with cleanliness. And while by the end of our week a few moths had moved in, not one bug was seen anywhere. Immaculate. The backyard is very spacious and leaves plenty of room for separate activities. Great pool! Trash and recycle were easy to manage, and basic supplies provided were appreciated, i.e.Dish soap, trash bags, laundry detergent. Beds were very comfortable. And between 5 adults, we have our share of aches and pains. No sleep issues at all! Good pillow supply. Neighborhood is clean and quiet, even being on the corner lot. Great spot for a family vacay, or a quiet retreat.

Beautiful house but ….

Oh well the house was beautiful it was clean the neighbourhood was awesome. The only problem was the swimming pool. The pool guy came and cleaned it. The filter doesn’t filter the pool. The pump needs replacing and the cleaner that’s in the pool does not move on its own apparently the owners know about it and nothings been done. If the pool was better it would definitely be a six out of five. Yes you can clean the pool yourself, but the machine should be working to clean the dirt off the bottom the filter should be working to clear the water, that was the only disappointment

Great location and home minus pool

We decided on this rental solely for the pool, which wouldn’t go above 73 degrees, which was way too cold given the weather. The kids tried it out on the first day for a few minutes and ended up with the sniffles. Unfortunately, it was due to some mishap from the prior renters not covering the pool, according to the property manager. In all fairness, the property manager did say they would refund the heated pool portion of the rental, which they did- however, they failed to call back to ensure the pool was working the following day as they had promised. Once the refund occurred on day 2, it was no longer a concern on their side. However, the way our last call was characterized was that once the pool was covered overnight, the pool should be working for the rest of our entire stay, which it did not. If it wasn’t for the pool not working properly and the property manager communication kerfuffle, this would’ve received a 5 star rating.

We are glad that you were refunded for the pool heater not operating. The pool heat was experiencing unexpected issues with the heater but are glad to announce that the heater is working fine for future renters
