You and your group will also enjoy a fully equipped kitchen for a variety of meal preparations and a cozy dining area, as well as outdoor deck during warmer seasons.

The condo is across the street from Packard's Field and within walking distance to most activities in the Valley including Town Square, Corcoran Pond, and White Mountain Athletic Club. Whether you’re looking to fish, hike, bike, golf, or snowshoe, you won’t be more than a few minutes from the action during your stay at ‘Sunnyside.’ If you are looking to ski, Waterville Valley Ski Area is located less than 10 minutes from the property and Loon Mountain is approximately a 30-minute drive. Home to over 60 trails of varying difficulties and a shuttle bus, Waterville Valley Ski Resort is sure to have the perfect slope for you. There is also an extensive network of cross-country trails, hiking, and biking trails nearby. A free shuttle to the Waterville Valley Ski Resort is located just outside the condo. When you need a break from high-octane adventures, take a 5-minute walk to the Town Square at Waterville Valley and peruse the local businesses. Whether you choose to update your wardrobe, hang out at the arcade or grab a bite to eat, this local hot spot is the place to be.

The property includes a Master Bedroom with Queen Bed. Bedroom 2 includes Twin-over-Twin Bunk Beds and Futon. In addition, there is a sleeper Sofa in the living room, all sheets and bedding are included, as well as bath and hand towels.

For an additional fee, this property comes with access to the White Mountain Athletic club where our guests can access the fitness center, hot tubs, pools, splash pad, and tennis courts at the club for a fee. Please contact White Mountain Athletic Club for current guest fees.
