Nestled in the Waterville Valley community, this 1-bed/1-bath condo is the perfect home base for your mountain getaway. Ski Waterville Valley or Loon Mountain during the winter and hike the Flume Gorge and Franconia Notch State Park during the summer for a memorable stay, no matter the season! After your daily activities, you'll want nothing more than to unwind beside the fireplace inside this cozy abode.

New: Now with access to the White Mountain Athletic Club. Our guests can pay a small fee and enjoy all the amenities.

This was a clean, quiet and updated basement condo space. It’s location to hiking trails was great!! The recommended and well described hikes in the guidebook were incredibly helpful! That was a very thoughtful touch. Shelly and Jack were so helpful and quick to respond to any and all questions I had leading up to and during our stay. Note: The washer/Dryer does take a long time to cycle through (and is loud), so keep that in mind when choosing a time to get it started. Overall, we had a lovely stay!

Communication was spot on. We were in Waterville Valley for our granddaughter's hockey tournament. It was nice to be able to relax in between games. The area was quiet and relaxing.

Perfect

We were in town for my teenagers hockey tournament, we also have a 2yo. It was such the perfect size, the location couldn’t have been better and the atmosphere was amazing. Even with an eventful weekend, we all agreed that we were so well rested and relaxed come check out time. I throughly enjoyed kicking my feet up in front of the fireplace reading and enjoying my coffee.

Beautiful Condo, Fantastic Weekend

Came up for MDW and had a wonderful time. While we spent most of our time outside hiking, walking around, playing tennis, etc - it was great to come back to an updated and comfortable condo to relax! We’ve stayed at several properties in Waterville and this condo is easily the most updated we’ve stayed at. We cooked both nights so a nice stove/oven and fridge was necessary. Additionally, we found the bed to be comfortable, which has not been our experience at other residents. It was perfectly comfortable and a wonderful weekend. Owners were communicative and kind, I’d stay here again and would recommend it to any other couple looking for a weekend getaway!

Place as clean and easy to 'settle into'. Had all I needed. Jack & Shelly were responsive to messages and were good hosts. Nice location. Comfortable place and it was nice being at Waterville Valley, NH!

Relaxing hiking haven

Location was great in the White Mountains. The property had everything we needed. We hiked within a few miles. Local restaurants and shops were quaint.

Perfect weekend trip

This property is amazing, clean, well stocked with all the necessities. I love the decor inside, it’s modern but also homey and inviting. Wish we could have stayed longer. The hosts are readily available if any questions need answering and super friendly. It’s the perfect spot for a mountain get away!
