Step into history at The Salcido House, built in 1915 and cherished for over 75 years by the Salcido Family. This spacious 1,000 sq. ft. gem features two bedrooms and two baths, ideal for small groups or couples, sleeping up to 4.

Enjoy 10-foot ceilings, original hardwood floors, and a cozy living room with a classic Baldwin piano and vinyl player. The vintage kitchen, with exposed brick and a retro stove, is fully stocked for your home-cooked meals, complete with fresh coffee and tea!

Great neighborhood for walking. The bakery around the corner, is tremendous. Good breakfasts very close.Erika was very friendly and helpful.I highly recommend this house.

House was clean and host was helpful and available. Walkable neighborhood which we appreciate. Only complaint was that the layout of the house was awkward and not as comfortable as others nearby for us seniors.

We stayed in the Vintage room, a 2 BR, 2BA portion of the property. The rooms were spacious and very clean. The beds were comfortable. The bathrooms were quite small, as one might expect in a house built in the early 1900's. The owner was very helpful in providing information about the house and the neighborhood. Five Points is just a few minutes walk away and has an excellent choice of restaurants. The owner offered a wide choice of other eating and drinking establishments in the area. We left items in the rooms, and the owner called within minutes to alert us so we could pick them up. Staying at this location was a good experience.

Enjoyed the stay! House is a bit older but part of the charm! Make sure and review bedroom layout as that was a little different. Would stay again and close to restaurants.

Clean, Cute and Home-y Mix of Retro Pop and Desert Vibes

This house has the best energy. It is 100 years old, and has amazing vibes. I love that the house is clean and cozy as soon as you walk in. The beds were soft and had great pillows and warm blankets. The bathtub is worth the cost alone!!!! You will regret not staying here if you’re in or near Tucson! Downtown is a walk away and the hosts are amazing. 10 stars!!!

Thank you for your stay. We were surprised by this rating, as the only issue brought to our attention was difficulty with the keypad upon arrival. As soon as we received the message, we contacted the guest directly, assisted with access, and provided an alternative entry code, which resolved the issue. No additional concerns were reported during or after the stay, and no opportunity was given for us to address any other issues. We work hard to provide a clean, comfortable, and enjoyable experience for our guests and pride ourselves on being highly responsive when assistance is needed. We always encourage guests to reach out during their stay so we can help resolve any concerns in real time. We were disappointed to receive this rating, especially since no specific feedback was provided and the only issue communicated during the stay was resolved immediately.
