This house features a luxurious backyard with a private heated and cooling pool. There is plenty of space to kick back and lounge outside, a custom bar area with a 40" HDTV, grill, and tropical plants throughout the yard. Inside, is a spacious living and dining room with multiple seating areas, a 65" HDTV and custom murals throughout the home that bring fun and uniqueness.

AMAZING VACATION SPOT

This property was amazing, clean and very spacious. The pool was area was amazing. As a large family we loved every minute of spending our week in this location.

UT Graduation Stay

We had a lovely stay, the beds were comfortable and there were plenty of supplies! Dylan was very attentive We had 14 adults and 2 kids under 2. A few items inside that need to be updated….would be great if you added some lighting outside, all though the weather wasn’t great we enjoyed the outside vibe and wish it was better lit. The carpets were nice but sometimes difficult to navigate for the younger and older of our crowd.

Awful Host

My family and I were scheduled to visit Tampa around Labor Day weekend and our trip was interrupted by hurricane Idalia, a category four hurricane, that hit Tampa area. Half of the group was to arrive in Florida on 8/31 and flights were canceled. I reached out to Dylan, the host he insisted his property was not damaged and that schools were re-opening, and he did not accommodate us at all. I asked for a credit to use for a future date, and he still selfishly refused. We had other family and friends that rented a Different VRBO during the same time , and they got a full refund. The conditions after the hurricane were questionable, and for all of us to travel from New York, Tennessee, North Carolina into a category four hurricane aftermath was not ideal. Dylan was very unaccommodating and selfish and unreasonable. I would not recommend booking with this host.

Fantastic Stay

The house was the perfect place for me and my friends to get away and to host our annual golf trip. The pool was an incredible attribute to the house and the host made sure we had everything we needed while staying there. Thank you for fast communication and making the place available for us early!

Great Property With An Even Better Host!

A group of friends and I were in Tampa attending our annual Shriner's convention. It was a 3rd time to area and this property ranked among the best! Clean, well maintained and full of enchantments for our group to enjoy. All in my group, were extremely pleased and we all would highly recommend it to all traveling to he area with medium/large size group. As to organizer of the trip, I have to give a shout out to the host Dylan! He was never more than a phone call away and was very attentive to our needs and went the extra mile to ensure our stay was all it could be. Thank you, Sir, for being a great host. From all of us!!

Great place, convenient location

Very nice property with good updates. Pool was terrific and well-kept. Some rooms had AC challenges, but it seems the owner is working on that. Overall, a great experience and excellent communication

Very spacious home and great backyard but don’t recommend for summer stay

The house is an older home that has been updated to fit a modern vibe. There is tons of room to occupy large parties. However, we stayed here in June and the AC could not keep up with the old house. There were time during the day that it was 85 degrees inside the house. The yard is a great space to hangout but lacks any outdoor lighting so you are completely in the dark at night. Such a waste of good potential area to eat dinner or a night swim

Wonderful Space

We had a great time at this home! The backyard was a hit. Supplies were all there. Multiple comfortable beds. Lots of kitchen materials, specially plates and silverware and cups. Clean. Great memories created!

Great stay

The house was beautiful and accommodates 18 people perfectly. The backyard set up was definitely a highlight as well. And Dylan was also an accommodating, responsive host. Highly recommend booking this one!

USF Graduation Celebration w friends and family

Great proximity to downtown Tampa. The house had a great layout and enough room for all of us. Backyard pool area was also a big hit! Everything was just right for my daughters graduation celebration with our family and friends! Thanks Dylan you were a great host and very responsive!
