“What an incredible experience. I switched over to renting this house after having another booked & then seeing this one newly listed…what a great decision. My staff & I stayed here during a convention in town as a little staff retreat versus a hotel. This house is brand new & no expense was spared. Everything you could need, every detail you could think of, Daniel & his crew were on top of it. So many things to do here from the pool, hot tub, sitting on the dock, outdoor sitting areas, putting green, bocce, ping pong, foosball, infinity tabletop gaming system, and I’m sure I’m forgetting something. All the bedrooms are unique in their own way with their own personality. Double washer & double dryer came in clutch. Great kitchen island / dining area. Daniel is very quick to respond & was a great host to work with. You may be able to find something cheaper, but this house is worth every penny & you will not be disappointed!!!” - Zachary

The resort-inspired deck is the place for morning coffee, or cocktails at 5, where you can always soak in a tropical breeze and picturesque view. The plush Living Room connects the deck with a stunning Dining Room area, complete with dramatic lighting and décor, and the open plan gourmet kitchen.

“We were in Tampa for event at the Sportsplex in Tampa Bay! Everyone loved the house. The first to arrive said it was absolutely stunning and by the time we all arrived we were stunned by the beauty of the view of the river, the beautifully landscaped yard. Every room was gorgeously decorated. The furniture was comfortable and inviting. Everyone slept well in the comfortable beds. You could sit for hours and watch the river, from the deck in fascination of the ducks, morning row teams, to water skiers. Our youngest guests for hours laughed and played games on a screen sunk in the coffee table that had tons of games on it. Our 15 yo boys loved the hot tub and pool, ping pong, and watching sports on the big screen down stairs. Everyone loved the outdoor activities of putting golf etc. They loved the on-site kayaks to explore the river. We also loved the beautiful walks we went on in the parks the bordered the river. We loved making meals in the kitchen. My son said as we were heading to the airport if we ever come to Tampa again can we stay here. It has been my very favorite house to stay in. The standards- comfortable bedding, solid water pressure, fully stocked, cleanliness throughout, towels galore, parking, secure, safe, and amenities abound. But the true acme of Waterside Garden is the wellness experiences, which are organized around four paths: refresh, restore, relax and renew (the bay, yoga on the dock, hot tub, salt water pool, endemic plants, fitness area, kayaks and the open floor plan that encourages human connection). I have been fortunate enough to have stayed here twice in the past two months. Its an absolute must experience.
