This beautiful 6 bedroom home includes 12 Queen beds, 4.5 bath, 10 car space, Pool, and a boat ramp that gives you access to the Gulf of Mexico! Your surrounded by a beautiful view and surrounded on two sides with water, their are dolphins that come up so if your lucky you will be meet our aquatic neighbors! The home has plenty to entertain you and your family with, There's a game room in the first floor, a outdoor pool, and a outdoor kitchen. There's also plenty of land to play on and space for parties or for celebrating a family get together. We know you will enjoy your stay here, its a hidden paradise near the heart of Tampa! Our dock was recently replaced so you can enjoy sunsets and fishing during your stay!

Great location we saw some dolphins & manatee by the dock very spacious to accommodate all of us, comfortable beds half hour from the Bucs Stadium easy check in/out Victor was extremely responsive to my texts

Wedding/long weekend

Beautiful, big and clean home right on the water with magnificent views, close to everything. Was able to host rehearsal dinner for our son’s wedding. Plenty of room for everyone to enjoy. Wonderful weekend had by all! Thank you Victor!

Great stay

We rented the house with a few families from Michigan, in the area for a gymnastics meet. Good fishing off the dock and saw several dolphins, kids and parents all had a good time.

Nice and spacious place

Great spot for a big group. Pretty far from downtown Tampa so this is a good spot if you plan on spending most of your time at the house. Overall, we had a great time.

Wonderful family reunion

We had a wonderful stay for our weekend family reunion. The house was extremely accommodating for a large group of people, and the setting couldn’t have been more beautiful! We thoroughly enjoyed our time in the pool and viewing the river. My one bit of advice is to bring your own pool towels as they are not provided.

Beautiful View

We loved the property. The house was spacious and the beds where very comfortable, What a beautiful view of the river and very peaceful. We where a group of 19 ladies and everyone would like to return next year. Plenty of space for all of us. We had an amazing stay.

Yearly tradition

A group of friends and myself have stayed here every year when travelling from Miami for a local car event. The morning views are lovely and the house is spacious enough to accommodate all of us comfortably. Also very central for our needs. Looking forward to staying there again next year.

Great experience

I checked out the reviews before booking the listing. Some were not favorable but from the moment we arrived I was totally and completely satisfied. The owner reached out before we arrived and we had continued communication with him. The view was breathtaking. The house had more than enough sleeping space. The house had any and all amenities that we needed. I would definitely and will book this house again.

Best in Tampa

This is the second time we stayed here. perfect for the whole family. It has plenty of beds and amenities. we need a place with plenty of parking and entertaining space. This house is it. Its close to everything and the boat ramp is a huge plus. we will continue to stay here when we are in tampa.

Bachelor Party Weekend

The house was absolutely as advertised and a perfect property for a weekend getaway. Just a short drive to downtown Tampa when you're looking for something to do. When you're looking to relax, the house had everything including a comfortable living space, enclosed pool area, a deck with a view, and plenty of kitchen supplies and a grill for making meals.

Great home for big groups

We celebrated a friends Bachelor party here. The home was beautiful, plenty of space for the group. Location was close to Tampa, privacy was a plus, located on a dead end road riverfront.. Victor had great communication throughout the entire process. The pool, dock and boat ramp, were valued additions for this rental. Absolutely would stay again. Highly recommend!

Best Birthday Party

I hosted a Birthday Party at this home for my father. This home is perfect for those families looking to stay together and host an event. We had 40 attendees and the whole family was able to stay together in the home. The property is in a beautiful water front location with a wonderful breeze and plenty of shade. The pool and house were clean and the beds were comfortable. The host was welcoming and quick to answer any questions that we had.
