Take a quick two-minute walk to the BreckConnect Gondola for easy ski access or over to the popular Ridge St dining spots. This apartment is ideal for both winter and summer activities. You are near it all!

The Space:
After a fun-filled day on the slopes or exploring downtown Breckenridge, unwind in this cozy one-bedroom, one-bathroom apartment that can accommodate up to 4 guests. This apartment is in an unbeatable location, making it the perfect home base for those looking to explore all Breckenridge has to offer!

As you enter the apartment, you will be greeted by charming small details such as exposed brick, unique accent walls of rustic wood panels, and a statement stone fireplace. Enter the apartment into the open-space living/dining/kitchen area where you will find all the necessities for a comfortable stay. The front part of the apartment is dedicated to the living and dining room, creating a dynamic space for relaxing, eating, or having a game night.

In the living room area, you will find a stone electric fireplace with floor-to-ceiling stone creating a lovely statement piece in the home. Relax on the comfortable couch that can be converted into a queen-size pullout. Spend time cuddled up by the fire, or watching a movie on the 32” TV mounted on the wall across from the couch above the dining table. Across the room is the dining area where you will find a table with seating for four and beautiful updated built-in cabinets with additional counter space creating extra room for food storage or meal prep.

The kitchen area of the home is just off the living/dining space and is equipped as a kitchenette for preparing simple meals at home. In the kitchen, you will find ample cabinet space for storage in the beautiful cabinets, and basic cookware to make some of your meals at home. In addition, the kitchen boasts a wine/beverage-fridge, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, and stovetop. Please note, the space does not have an oven.

Located off the right of the kitchen is the full bathroom, which features a single-sink vanity with under-sink storage space, a medicine cabinet above the sink, a toilet, and a tiled bath/shower combo. To the left of the kitchen, you will find the bedroom with a queen-size bed, two nightstands with lamps, and a large closet space with a dresser inside. The bedroom has a modern cabin vibe, creating the perfect cozy atmosphere for a restful night of sleep.

Guests will have access to the entire space and to one free parking space on the south side of the building, with a parking pass that will be provided.

The Neighborhood:
This apartment is in one of the most desired locations in town on N Main Street in the Breckenridge Historic District. In just a short two-minute walk, you can be on your way to the base of Peaks 7 or 8 from the BreckConnect Gondola. Hop onto the free Main Street Trolley just a few steps away from your front door and find yourself in the historic downtown area in mere minutes where you can discover local markets, restaurants, one-of-a-kind breweries, museums, and many other entertainment options you won't want to miss. Enjoy a walk along the Blue River Recreation path that runs parallel to the shops and restaurants of Main Street. If you are a live music fan, be sure to check out some live music at Riverwalk Center. In the winter there is indoor heated seating and in the summer you can enjoy the music out on the lawn. The unbeatable location of this apartment ensures that all of Breck is at your fingertips!

Getting Around:
From this centrally located apartment, you can easily walk to all the main attractions, ski lifts, eateries, and even the grocery store. The free Main Street trolley is just a minute's walk from the door and is a great option for exploring downtown Breckenridge. The BreckConnect Gondola is a two-minute walk from the apartment and will take you to the bases of Peaks 7 and 8. Uber/Lyft are always available.

Other Things to Note:
Please note that, like most homes in Breckenridge, this home does not have A/C.

Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts' opening and closing dates.

4-wheel drive or 2-wheel drive tires with snow chains may be necessary for safe travel to this property, even if it hasn’t snowed in a few days.

Had a great stay in this perfectly located condo. Easy to get to, seamless check-in and ideal for our overnight stay. Property mgmt was very responsive and supportive. Would highly recommend and plan to stay here again for future Breck visits.

Condo was small but good. If any complaints at all the lock on the window in the bedroom needs to be fixed so it can be opened during the night for some air flow. Otherwise the location is great for access to everything.

Superb location on Main

We went in August for some hiking and biking. Location of the unit was amazing. Right next to the Quandry Peak shuttle, all the shops, restaurants in Brek. The unit was very clean with all the amenities needed for our stay. Access the unit was seamless and the communication was very timely. I would definitely come back.

Amazing location for ski hop

Cute place close to slopes and main street fun. Was really nice to walk to gondola and back within 5 minutes. Nice to walk to dinner easily. Nice amenities and clean bathroom. A bit of caution for bottom floor location bc we could just about hear conversation upstairs but overall wasn't an issue. Don't recommend the pullout couch. Needs a better mattress. Glad we stayed for a couple nights!

Great Location!

This is the perfect spot for skiers/snowboarders. Steps from the BreckConnect gondola. My goal was to stay at a place where my husband and I didn't have to drive at all once we got there. Taking the stress out of parking was a perk to the trip. The condo is right on Main Street and everything is walkable, with a great breakfast spot right across the street. Overall, the condo itself met our needs. Although, the refrigerator is more of a wine cooler, and I guess I should have taken note of that from the pictures. Condo host does a great job of communicating. Super fast with responses to questions that we had.
