! BEST location in Breckenridge. True Ski-In, Ski-Out and Walk to Main Street. Never ride the bus or wait in gondola lines again. Freshly renovated w. new flooring, counters, fixtures, lighting, and more. Walls of windows floods this walk-out condo with natural light. Private heated ski storage locker, indoor & outdoor hot tubs. Host can not guarantee access to any amenity due to unforeseen outage or maintenance being preformed.
For the price point, the condo was Very Good. As others have mentioned, the unit is dated (similar can be said for the complex overall), but nothing was unacceptable. Most importantly, the unit was clean, and linens, etc., were fresh. The location is also an easy (10 minute) walk to downtown Breck, and if it's ski season, the Snowflake Lift is less than 100 yds. If you're looking for upscale Breck lodging, there are certainly better options. However, if convenience and value are at the top of your condo wishlist, give this unit consideration.
Property in a fantastic location. 50 yard walk to chair lift. Unit was clean but the sofa bed needs a new mattress. My kids could no sleep well on the current mattress. Also the sofa bed did not have any sheets we could find. Had to use blankets as sheets. Also no pillow cases for the sofa bed. Parking access was great had no trouble finding parking.
Ground level unit was great with the pup in tow. Easy access to the Snowflake lift (short ski and walk across street), and ski home right to the parking lot. Windows in the bedroom and the in-unit washer and dryer are nice.
The condo is in a great spot for winter or summer with tons of hiking trails nearby and a lift right across the street. Easy access to Main Street-walk bike or bus. The patio off of the bedroom is great for fresh air and tons of windows in the bedroom for natural light! Condo had all necessary essentials and even some games if you wanna play them.
The condo was exceptionally small without any dressers or areas to put our things. It also does not have AC and the only two windows that open are out over the parking lot so you hear a lot of noise all night long. Likewise the only view from the patio is really only of the patio. The condo is convenient to the river and stores.
Great location to Snowflake lift and ski/in. The apartment is adjoined to another unit and the walls are very thin. Very small with no real views with a closed-in windowless feeling. Very small but functional kitchen. The 1 bedroom is the only room with windows onto the parking lot so no privacy if you open the blinds. W/D great extra but the vents were dirty and we felt like our allergies were heightened. The pull-out sofa bed is meant for a small person only. squeaky and uncomfortable for an adult. As I said great spot for serious skiers only. It's nice that it's on the first level but noisy as it is close to the storage room and front neighbors' cooking smells and voices. Parking wasn't always accessible close to the Unit. Cabinets and doors looked a bit old and worn out. But great price for the location so no complaints.
Just ok. Bed was comfortable, pullout works. Plumbing is questionable and never found switch to garbage disposal.Wood floors could use deep cleaning, restroom could use an update. Lamp was broken in main room. Never received an email from owner or facility manager about checkin or checkout. We have one dog and through it was tight quarters for 2 people with a dog. Do not recommend for more than 2 guests.
Not much more I can say that I didnât say in the title. I didnât expect five star accommodations, but this was a big letdown. The bed was so uncomfortable we had to leave halfway through our stay and go to a hotel down the street. Took a chance on a relatively inexpensive last minute booking because it was pet friendly, but would not go back.
Pros:
Location is awesome. Right across from snowflake lift and about a half mile walk into town.
Bathroom was nice.
Owner was kind and responsive.
Cons:
We knew the unit wasn't going to be spacious but the bedroom was a bit tight and had no dresser or anything so expect to live out of your suitcase. This should be fine for a short stay but was a little rough for us being there for an extended period.
Kitchen area was adequate but a bit beat up. Counter support was cracked, drawers fall out of you're not careful etc.
There is also a conjoined unit connected by a locked door but the door/wall is thin and you can hear everything going on in the unit and they can probably hear everything in yours. We were pleasantly surprised that we didn't hear anything from upstairs though even though we definitely had some vertical neighbors as well.
Property was disappointing really. Very dark. No windows in main area.
The couch was very uncomfortable and dirty. The couch bed was like you were sleeping in bars.
There was a bag of blanket that indicated $50 if dogs slept in them. What was interesting os that the blankets were full of dog hair.
We brought food to cook and there was limited cooking utensils making it difficult to cook.
Overall, I wouldnât stay here again.
