Beautiful Bay View | Lighted Pier, Pool Access

Welcome to unit #308 - Beautiful Bay View! This newly listed 1 bedroom 1 bathroom condo is located on the 3rd floor of Laguna Reef at Rockport. Enjoy the private balcony with panoramic water views and the natural shoreline with a lagoon and an abundance of bird life from the balcony and the living room. You will definitely enjoy that view from comfortable living room and watching the large flat screen television. There is plenty of seating for everyone.

The kitchen is fully stocked with all cookware. There is also an icemaker, microwave and dishwasher and coffee maker. The kitchen has a bar that opens it up to the rest of this beautiful condo. You will be able to visit with friends or family while cooking or just enjoy the view. The master bedroom has a king size bed and large closet and dresser for your vacation gear. The bedroom has a flat screen television with basic cable. A queen size sleeper sofa and rollaways twin bed will be sure to provide a great night's sleep for 3 more guests.

As a guest at Laguna Reef you will have access to the swimming pool, hot tub, 1000 ft. fishing pier with fishing lights, several shared charcoal grills, and the beautiful lagoon area at the water. There are also 3 large ice machines located on the first, second and third floors. There are also coin operated washers and dryers on the second and fourth floors in the same room as the ice machines.

Notice: The Laguna Reef spa is temporarily out of order due to ongoing repairs. The hot tub gets to temperature, but no jets available at this time.

Perfect Condo!

Clean condo with all the necessities, a short walk to the private fishing pier, clean pool, ice machine (which was truly needed due to the heat), excellent location. I can't say enough about this condo. It was everything we were looking for! We will be staying there again.

A nice property in a great location

This place has a fabulous view over the intracoastal water way. It is very quiet. You see birds and fishing boats. The apartment itself is very well equipped and has everything you need for the entire family.

We really enjoyed our 2 night trip. The place was nice and clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Everything was really close by. The check in and check out was very easy. The only thing I would have liked if it had an earlier check in time. I would definitely come back to this Vrbo again.

Relaxing fishing trip

We just went for a couple of days to fish and it was so relaxing sitting looking out at the bay. We would fish at night, it was windy but still pleasant. Only issue were the lights at the end of the pier went out, but I still caught a nice sized speckled trout!

Everything was great except the outlet behine the bed did not work as my husband has a CPAP machine and needed to plug it in. The outside coverplate was broken we discovered after pulling out the bed. We reported it right away on Monday but no one showed up to repair it. Otherwise everything was great - thanks for the beautiful views from the balcony.
