A gorgeous newly renovated apartment just a few minutes to the beach. This two bedroom, one bathroom property comes with everything you need. Spacious floor plan, large sized kitchen, a working station and Pet friendly. You'll love staying here! Walking distance to the beach and pretty much everywhere.
It’s close to the water but far enough away to be relaxing and away from crowds too. It has private parking and a private entrance, as well as a playground nearby if you’re traveling with kids.

No Accountability

We arrived to our unit with someone else occupying the space. The kid looked equally surprised to see us and called the owner. He scrambled to set us up in another unit that had no running water, only to mention that the whole building had been without for a couple days. We received no word in advance that this was happening. We left within the hour after we found another place nearby. I reached out directly to the host and explained what happened. He said the person in the unit (who was sitting and watching TV) was there to welcome us and was not staying there. If that is the case, why try to put us in another unit? Not to mention there was no water in the building. I kindly requested a refund given the circumstances. He replied that only if the water utility Dept couldn’t fix the water by the next morning, he would consider a partial refund. I told him (in my first communication) we had found an alternative considering the unit we rented was unavailable and there was no running water. He did not reply. I followed up when our holiday was over kindly requesting a refund again. No answer. I mentioned I would like to keep the refund offline (to avoid a poor review as I can imagine they hurt future bookings), but that I would dispute the charge if needed. I followed up 2 more times for a total of 4 weeks before leaving this review - still no response. We understand things go sideways. This 1-star is for the lack of accountability the owner showed. Do not recommend.

Dingy and place at the alley...

Location is in a dingy alleyway, dark and slippery. The gate is at the side of an apartment where we were greeted by garbage bins. Fridge, dining chair, stove, sink are all grimy. Still have dried bbq, granules of sugar, etc. Sink in bathroom was clogged shower has sand. No privacy because the window in the livingroom was half of the wall. Contacted the host, no response. We left day 2, to go to AC hotel. Hoping VRBO will resolve the inconvenience we experienced!

It was great bang for the buck, but we weren't provided sheets, even after communicating with the host. It made for chilly sleeping. Nice location. Close to the beach, and a supermarket.

Beautiful quiet stay close to EVERYTHING

Michael, the host was so helpful and kind. The property is lovely and accommodated myself and 2 children. Within walking distance approximately 5 minutes to the beach. Another 10 minute walk along Ashford ave which has many options for dinner and entertainment. The apartment was equipped well with beach towels, chairs, suncreen, beach toys etc. Which was super convenient. The full service kitchen has pans, pots, dinnerware...everything for a comfortable longterm stay. Comfortable beds and super cool AC. Love this place. Thanks Michael for the best stay in PR.

Great place, close to everything, well appointed

Great spot near the beach, airport, restaurants and grocery. Responsive and proactive hosts. Place is spacious, well appointed, and clean and feels like home. Nice kitchen for cooking, with useful condiments like salt, sugar, even rice. Spacious kitchen table, space to work, interior bedroom stayed quiet even with neighbors’ loud music at times. Easy to find and safe. Even had an umbrella that came in handy and toys and towels for the beach. Plenty of closet and drawer space too. Would definitely return.

No windows to block music and party nxt door for midnight hours till 6 am. Ruined our convention plans to where we couldn't attend because of headaches and lack of sleep..totally dissatisfied. The Host of property was very nice .and responsive on other matters
