This lady and their group are not good guest, they unfortunately used the Vrbo policías in a bad way. There was a power outage in the city due to an incident in the energy line managed by LUMA, the national company. They call to Vrbo after we have explained the situation that was generalize and out of my hands, and they lied about the scenario facing. The power returns at the end of the day but they have insisted to Vrbo to be relocated. Above that they request and early checkin by 10am and it was granted for free by me. After that they spend 2 nights in the apartment before the incident they had requested 5 times the cash back of what was paid for 2 nights in their bank and Vrbo have accepted 5 times the cash back sterling money from my account. And at the end when I rated them badly they post all this lies as a review. Definitely, not recommended at all.

Douglas, I was sorry not to be able to help you but if you left your the keys inside the apartment and want an instant solution on a Sunday 9am is just impossible. Is no true that you were out the entire day. You let us now after noon the person responsible for the apartment was out of the city working on a Sunday, we gave you all the options like paying for the locksmith service to open the door that you closed with having the key. The same thing that you would do at your own home if this happened. As a host I can help you but losing the apartment keys has a cost Of replacement that is written in the rules house that you accept when booking. You didn’t want to pay for the service to solved your problem. Nevertheless everyone was mobilized in San Juan and You had the FREE solution THAT you wanted and you choose when it was possible… so I think that your complain is out of place since the apartment has no issue neither me that was attending your problem and asking people to help you during in a Sunday. Gratitude is something that you need to learn because this is not a hotel with 24/7 service. There are plenty of hotels with that service but it cost 3 times more per night in San Juan. Sorry but we are not offering that, because it is not possible for me and I offered an apartment well located as self-check/checkout and self-manage. Next time if you loose your key, just pay for the smart key service to fix it, and will be a 1hour problem.

Hi Debbie. I know that you were upset because the internet problem but lying is not nice from you. Be aware when you renting to this lady that she has no moral rules At all. First the wifi was broken because some manipulated the cable from inside the apartment, unfortunately the same day she arrived to the apartment, my house and family were violent attacked by thief’s and me and my son end up in a hospital seriously wounded. Of course that I was unavailable to answer the apps messages for 3 days and this lady is incapable of accepting an apology under those circumstances. Above all that, we requested to her photos of their complains that all were told after she leaves not during the stay, but she could not show us nothing. There are 2 windows in each room, (Miami vice style) plus 1 AC in each room .. so I can’t imagine what did she mean with “no ventilation system”. What else do you want lady?. Is not true that there black mold in the apartment - and she was unavailable to sent one simple photo of it- so there is other lie. Also was requested to sent photo of the dirty, but never happened either. The leaking sound came from outside, since the water after rain usually drips. And I can do nothing about it. All the ACs are canalized in tubes, and can be saw from the window, so another lie. No video no photo of any complain. I’m so sad that you did not enjoy your vacation because of the missing wifi, and so sorry to not be able to answer your message on time … but all the rest is just revenge. So sad for you.
