Westminster Trip for Colorado Sparkler

Ruban was a great host! He made sure we had what we needed. The house was stocked very well with toilet paper, towels, paper towels, coffee. He even delivered cookies for the kids and a bottle of Wine for the adults during our stay. The massage chair was AMAZING! 10/10 would recommend Ruban and his properties!

Great Stay

We were visiting for our sons graduation My wife and I and my brother and sister in law. The house was perfect for us. With 5 bedrooms and 3 baths, the kids were able to stay with us that weekend. Nice fenced in back patio area, covered porch, gas grill and hot tub. The house had everything we needed. Great location that let us easily travel to Boulder, Denver and Colorado Springs. Our host Ruban was always available if we needed anything. I would not hesitate to stay there again

Exactly right

We were delighted with the location, a quiet, residential neighborhood. It is within minutes drive to an excellent grocery store and a delightful restaurant. The number of bedrooms and bathrooms suited us perfectly. They were all very clean and gracious plenty towels available. There’s a very private backyard with patio and functioning Jacuzzi. We took advantage of all the accommodations in the house, including the secret pool table, which was wonderful for our grandsons. As for our host/manager- they were easily accessible and responded in a very short amount of time.

Warning!!!

Not as newly furnished as described.Cheaply painted corners were cut , not enough towels so take your own .Shower dispenser broken and two out of three showers upon our arrival had broken shower head/hot and cold handle. Hot tub ok , massage chair ok . Patio doors not tempered glass or up to code. My son stepped up from outside and put his knee through the glass not knowing the inner door was closed.luckily only has scratches and small shard in his knee but could have been so much worse . Owner has no intention on updating other glass Due to “ being grandfathered in “ only the shattered one which we payed for will be tempered glass and up to regulations .Please please be warned not to take children to stay in this house and adults beware.

"I'm disappointed by this misrepresentation of events. My property is accurately described, well-maintained, and has received many positive reviews from other guests. This guest requested an early check-in at the last minute, which I accommodated at my own expense. Regarding the sliding glass door, it was broken due to negligence by her Kid, yet the guest refused to take responsibility or cover the damages. The claim that the glass was not up to code is false; the home meets all safety regulations, and I am replacing the broken panel with tempered glass, which is standard practice. I take guest safety seriously and always ensure my home is clean, stocked, and in good condition. I encourage future guests to review other feedback for a more accurate representation of my property."

Perfect home for girl's trip

Six of my girlfriends and I stayed at the property and it was everything we hoped it would be. The house was clean and well stocked with kitchen and bathroom supplies. The appliances were top notch and we made some delicious meals while there. With 7 women under one roof, the three bathrooms and five bedrooms were much needed, clean and adorably decorated. The beds were comfy and the bedding was super cozy. The living room/sitting area was perfect for morning coffee and our evenings were spent in the hot tub. We could only comfortably get five in the hot tub, but we rotated in and out and it was fine! The little patio area was super cute as well. The laundry room was great with two washers, a dryer and even some detergent to use. The owner was amazing with communication and got back to us within 25 minutes the few times we messaged. Probably the best owner I have worked with through VRBO/AirB&B. We had an issue with one of the locked doors not opening with the code and he was there within a short time to fix it. He also let us check in early and check out late due to our flight schedule which made our trip much less stressful. The only thing that we had any concern with was the neighborhood as it didn't appear to be the best, but honestly, we didn't see one person around our house in the four days we stayed. It was quiet and peaceful everytime we sat outside to enjoy the weather and the far off mountain views in the distance. Would definitely stay here again!

Was just OK

Prior to arriving was notified that the hot tub was not ready due to busted hose but would be fixed immediately the next day.Next evening I followed up & was told he would try to be there before 11pm to fix & if he couldn't make it before 11pm it would be first thing that next morning. At 12am he showed up to fix.One of the guest woke up scared by someone standing outside her window talking.The yard was also unkept when we arrived. Outside sitting area is very nice but it was overcome by weeds & mosquitoes.A guest ended up using the lawnmower and cutting the grass next to the driveway so we could get out of vehicles.It did eventually get cut but it took over 3 days to do so. The next day our group most of day & came back to a very HOT house.The thermostat was set to 87 degrees. It was 95+ outside that day and with no fans to circulate the air it was miserably hot.He did immediately come over to look at it.Was told there was no lock on the thermostat even though it asked for a passcode & it would not allow you to set below 65.The next day the group was out again, but this time I made it a point to stop in during the day to check temp.It was again set on 87.I took pictures and sent to him of the thermostat with the lock displayed on it.I did not hear back from him but when we got back it was much cooler and the lock was gone.The house has a mail slot that goes on living room floor.During the week the growing pile got smaller.I asked about this & was told no one had been over.
