A perfect getaway cabin in the Arrowhead Villas. This lovely 2 bedroom and 1.5 bath home is close to Lake Arrowhead. It has a nice parking deck for two cars and you can enter the home from the wrap around deck. Once inside you will love the warm and cozy feel of this mountain charmer. The living room has a river rock fireplace for those chilly nights. It has an open kitchen and floor plan. The Primary bedroom is on the main level where there is a full bathroom. Upstairs is a nice loft/family area with a 1/2 bath. Up in the loft there is a family room that also doubles as a sleeping and game room with a Pool Table. Enjoy the views and dine outside on the spacious deck.

Quiet and Serene

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The home was very cozy. The only thing I would change is that the living room space isn't set up for more than 2 people to sit. There is a small loveseat and a wooden chair in the corner. It was pretty uncomfortable to try and sit in the living room area and watch tv. Everything else was great. The king bed was very comfortable. The upstairs loft was a lot of fun. The parking was easy. I loved drinking coffee on the balcony in the morning.

The house needs a ceiling fan in the living area in the summer. The temps were quite high in July and a ceiling fan would have been nice. No dishwasher, but that was okay, but the icemaker in the freezer wasn't hooked up. The area around the house could be cleaned up a bit, and the deck has spider webs everywhere. Just taking a hose to them would be sufficient. We had everything we needed though, and the kitchen was amply supplied. The beds were comfortable and nice. The upstairs bathroom could use some towel racks/hooks. Overall, we were pleased and would return for another visit.

The kids loved the game room and I was able to relax, sit out on the deck, and just enjoy nature. Arrowhead Village was just about 5 minutes away (driving) and on Saturday evening we were able to listen to live music there which was really nice. Pet friendly is a definite plus!
