Modern newly furnished condo with King size Beds perfectly located in Central Scottsdale near Old Town close to all the best shopping, restaurants, and bars. Tons of venues nearby including Old Town Scottsdale, Scottsdale Fashion mall, golf courses, Mountain hiking /biking trails, Talking Stick Casino, Spring Training, Odysea Aquarium, many other entertainment venues. Heated swimming pool and Spa and gym at complex. There`s so much Scottsdale has to offer especially with a location like this.
Fully furnished and updated condo with 2 large bedrooms, each with a King size bed, walk-in closets. Bathroom has all new toilet, tiled shower and bathtub. The kitchen is also updated with all new appliances and fully equipped for cooking . There is a traditional coffee maker in kitchen and a Keurig coffee maker and tea in chic hallway coffee station. Living room has a 65` new Smart TV with access to streaming channels with your own accounts. There is an furnished outdoor patio. Guests also have access to the community pool, hot Tub, gym, laundry etc using the plastic card key provided.

Located in the heart of Scottsdale close to Old Town Scottsdale all the main venues. Restaurants, Shopping, and Bars within walking distance.
The location offers 1 assigned covered parking spot #90. There is also visitor parking in the parking lot along Parkway street if needed. If you won`t be traveling by car then Uber and Lyft are very active in the area as well as electric scooters available for rent. Scottsdale and the surrounding areas also have a great public transportation system. There is a bus stop close to the condominium complex and many local restaurants and shopping are within walking distance.
Relax with traditional Thai Massages at Thai Royal Massage which one 2 block away near Zipps Sports Grill at 4408 N Miller Rd, #104, Scottsdale, Az 85251.
The complex uses a central heating/cooling system that can only operate in one mode at a time. Heat is on during the colder months and AC is on during the warmer months. I provide a portable AC unit and space heater in the unit at all times in the event that we experience an unusually warm day while the heat is still on or an unusually cold day while the AC is on.

Please remember that should you be experiencing a property damaging emergency; Fire, Flood or Blood, please call the condo management at our after hours number and follow the prompts.
Renters and Guests need to follow a few Key Rules to prevent actions that can lead to otherwise unnecessary monetary fines & penalties.
Maya is a smoke free community. No smoking or vaping (e-cigarettes) permitted anywhere in the Maya compound. Fines will be assessed for violations.
1) No drinks, alcohol or food of any kind shall be permitted in the pool, spa or within the required walkways of the pool or spa, defined as within 4 feet of a semi-public pool or spa per Maricopa County Environmental Health Code.
3) No glassware of any kind is permitted within the pool or spa enclosures.
4) No animals allowed within the pool or spa enclosures except for service animals. Service animals are still required to be leashed. Animals are absolutely not allowed in the water.
5) Keep gate(s) closed - do not prop open. Residents, their tenants and/or guests shall not give access to controlled areas to anyone not an occupant of their own unit.
6)Pool and spa compounds are closed from 10pm to 8am and unit owners and their guests are not to trespass during these hours.
Upon arrival please review the condo rules and guidebook that is on the kitchen counter near the coffee maker. There is a plastic gate card key labeled 343B in the wooden tray on kitchen counter. This is used to open gates to access the Pool, Hot Tub, Exercise Room, etc.
Checking Out-
Return the plastic gate card key in the tray on kitchen counter. There will be a $100 replacement fee if pool access gate card is not returned.
Please put condo back into original state as when you arrived, including all furniture/furnishings placements.
Please rinse any leftover dirty dishes and put them into dishwasher, put trash bags in kitchen for our house cleaners to take out.
