Our Home away from home! This Second Story Condo, is a bright and roomy split floor plan with a nice patio and view of the pool... Located in a Quiet Gated Community. Once you enter and go up the stairs the Master bedroom and bath is on the right side and the additional two bedrooms one bath on the other side with a roomy living room and kitchen in the middle. We have Cable TV in the living room with Premium Channels and it's a Smart TV. There are also Smart TV's in every Bedroom. We offer Garage Parking for 1 Car plus onsite free parking if you have a second car. We are located less than one mile from Old town Scottsdale and Fashion Square Mall. We are 1/2 Mile from Giants Scottsdale Stadium, 11 miles from the Diamond Backs Chase Field, 12 Miles from TCP Scottsdale and 12 miles from West World for Barrett Jackson!! Other golfing is everywhere. Camel Back Mountain for hiking, zoo, aquarium, fun for everyone!

First Class all the Way

My family and I stayed at the property from April 23-30th. What an incredible place to stay. Clean, comfortable, great location, all the amenities you need. Pool was right outside the patio. Grocery stores and restaurants within walking distance.Brian was an incredible host. Great communication, check in process was simple. The first evening we were there, the AC was not working properly. After contacting him, he had someone out there that evening to fix it. Worked great the entire time we were there.We are already talking about coming back next year. Hopefully for a longer stay. Great value for the money. Highly recommended this property.

Absolutely Perfect Scottsdale Getaway!

We just wrapped up an amazing stay at this condo in Scottsdale, and I can’t say enough good things. From the moment we walked in, it felt like home — clean, beautifully decorated, and stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was unbeatable — close to great restaurants, shopping, hiking trails, and just a short drive to Old Town.The condo itself was peaceful and quiet, with a lovely patio for morning coffee and evening wine. We also really appreciated the little touches: fast Wi-Fi, super comfy beds, and great communication from the host.If you’re looking for a stylish, relaxing place to stay in Scottsdale, this is it. Already planning our return!

It was so easy to communicate with the host and everything was as listed. I appreciated the well stocked kitchen and the little touches like having cabinets labeled.The beds were comfortable, we loved that every room had a fan and TV. We liked the location, it suited our needs. During our stay, the garbage truck rolled through at 5:45am on a Sunday. That was the noisiest thing that happened. We all agreed it was a 10/10 stay.

Fun golf trip week stay

This is a wonderful, centrally located place to stay for a great getaway. Spacious and very clean, this home away from home has everything you need for a comfortable stay! Conveniently located near shopping, restaurants, golf courses and all the modern conveniences, we found it the perfect spot for our vacation. The pool was lovely, the beds were comfortable, the kitchen was stocked with everything you need. Easy communication with the owner topped it off. We highly recommend this property. Thanks for the wonderful stay!

My sister and I spent 10 days in this beautifully decorated condo.This condo had everything you could ask for and more.Located very close to Old Towne, the Civic Center, great restaurants, parks, just to mention a few places to go.Would definitely recommend. you won't be disappointed!A

Great place!

This place was exactly what we needed while staying in AZ! The location was perfect; very accessible to the different parts of the city we needed to visit. Very clean with a washer and dryer and a nice kitchen. We'd definitely stay here again!

Perfect stay

We stayed for four nights while visiting family for Thanksgiving. From the initial contact with the owner until we drove away, everything was above and beyond. Comfortable, fully-stocked, spacious, and attractive condo convenient to everywhere in the Phoenix area. We will recommend and also stay again!

Lovely Unit

A lovely unit and a lovely experience for my first vrbo rental. Owner was in contact and very helpful. Everything worked. Unit is comfortable and well-stocked; and very clean. The complex is quiet. Would stay here again!

A good stay

I give 5 stars because our parents love this apartment and they thought it was a lot better than a hotel. But I think it could be better if: 1. A larger non slippery mat in the bathtub and a warning of slippery (the bathtub is really really slippery) 2. Down the temperature before the guests checking in as it’s in summer and it’s Phoenix!

Sister trip to Scottsdale

The property was perfect for my two sisters and I. We each had our own bedroom with large televisions and the two bathrooms were more than adequate. There was a really nice patio and the pool was right below the unit. The kitchen and living room were perfect for us to prepare breakfast each day and a nice dinner one evening. Restaurants are fairly close by and it’s a short drive to Old Town Scottsdale. We hiked at the Reserve which was only about a 20 minute drive. We felt very safe in this unit and had excellent communication with the owner. We would definitely stay again when in the Scottsdale area!

Great Stay!

Spent Spring Break bounding around AZ doing site seeing and settled in Scottsdale at Brian's place to cap off the trip. It's in a gated community minutes away from shopping, coffee (Starbucks and DD), groceries and old town Scottsdale. It was between Phoenix and Tempe - we did a couple college tours while we were in town. Loved the layout - 3 bedrooms so the teens got their own rooms and shared a bathroom which was great. The place is very clean and tidy with updated appliances and smart TV's everywhere. There are even some board games to play as a family... we were lucky enough to get our kids away from their phones long enough :) Weather was a bit cool the first day, but we did hit the pool which is viewable from the balcony. Just a note - this is a single level condo on the second floor. We had no issues, but there are stairs to the second floor. Brian was great and had us all setup when we checked in and was available throughout our stay to answer questions or just check in to see how we're doing. Thanks for welcoming us into your home!

Cousin Trip

Met a couple cousins from other states at this condo for the weekend. It was so clean and had everything we needed to make our stay perfect. The whole complex was very quiet and the neighbors were very friendly. We were a little disappointed the hot tub in the complex wasn’t working but it certainly didn’t ruin our trip. We would definitely recommend this property and will stay here again.

We are empty Nester's nearing retirement and like to vacation in Arizona. We frequently came for Golf or Spring Training Baseball games and decided to purchase a place of our own instead of using hotels constantly. We are so excited to have this wonderful home away from home to enjoy when we come now. We can just relax at home or go out to eat or go to the casino it's all about options. We look forward to sharing our home with you we know you will love the location and can find lots to do here.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

We were so happy to find this Gem in a great location and gated community. We loved the open concept split bedroom floor plan, so we still have our privacy even if we invite friends to stay with us. We Love the location for several reasons: Old Town Scottsdale, shopping, restaurants as well as several venues we frequent are close by. We can always find something to do if we want, or just have a staycation and enjoy the Patio and pool. We want to share our home with others when we aren't enjoying it for ourselves. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

This gated community is such a great location and then to find this gem with an open floor plan and nice view from the patio sealed it for us. We love sitting on the patio in the evening and enjoying a beverage and relax after a day of shopping or whatever. Live, Laugh, Relax is what this is all about.
