Beautifully renovated 1 bedroom apartment in small boutique complex of just 4 special units. It's all about location. In the heart of Melbourne Beach directly on Ocean Avenue and one block from the sand. Just 6 properties from the sea and waves of pristine Melbourne Beach and two blocks to the Indian River and Town Pier. Across the street from a gourmet food market, restaurants, beach bar, and shops. PET FRIENDLY for well-behaved, clean pets. This 1st floor unit is in our duplex building.

THE SPACE
All 4 units in this Boutique complex have been completely renovated within the last 2 years. Beautiful custom kitchens with granite or teak wood countertops, bathrooms with walk-in showers and unique tile finishes, comfortable furnishings and tasteful art round out the space. Multiple windows and quiet mini split air conditioning and heating systems. Beautiful space to call your home for your vacation. Great little place close to the beach, awesome beach vibes from the area. Stayed for a long weekend for our son’s FIT graduation. Location was convenient for us to get to his activities and spend some relaxing time at the beach with just a short walk. The little coffee shop next door was wonderful, we became regulars there too! The host was great, responsive to questions while we were there. This is definitely on our list when we are back to the area.

Little piece of paradise

The location couldn’t have been better – just a short walk to the beach, where we spent hours relaxing, swimming, and collecting seashells. The town itself was charming, with friendly locals, unique shops, and fantastic restaurants offering fresh seafood. We especially loved the laid-back vibe and lack of big crowds, which made it feel like a hidden gem. If you’re looking for a relaxing getaway in a picturesque beach town, this VRBO is a perfect choice. We can’t wait to return!

Excellent place to stay

While location is just about everything, you can mess things up with a bad property. This property is in a perfect place, and the remodeling that was done on this property makes it a perfect place to stay for vacation. Plenty of towels, bedding and kitchen supplies. Everything worked, quite neighborhood and very comfortable. We will be there when we visit next time!

Wonderful Little Getaway

This is an impeccably clean unit, beautifully decorated, with all the TV you could possibly need in an extremely desirable location. I barely used my vehicle while there because a phenomenal market, pizza place, ice cream shop and most importantly, the beach, are all less than a five minute walk away. Check-in was completely seamless and the one time I needed to reach out to the host, he responded within minutes. I would most definitely visit this location again.

Wonderful Gem

I’m hesitant to say how great I think this location is, because the more people who find this GEM might make it unavailable for our next visit. We absolutely love this place. So close to the beach we never miss a sunrise! Unusually secluded for being in the middle of everything you could need. Melbourne beach is so nice. The local stores are operated by such friendly people. The team who take care of the property and visitors have been very good. Can’t wait until our next visit!

Perfect location

This was our first time to Melbourne Beach for a weekend getaway! This unit was very clean and well appointed and so convenient to the beach, only 1 block, maybe less. The Melbourne Beach Market was directly across the street and has everything you need and there are nice restaurants within a short walking distance as well. Would definitely stay there again. Perfect unit for a couple!

Great place to stay

The apartment was clean and quiet. We loved that we could walk to the beach to see the sun rise and the river to see the sun set. There were also several restaurants and a food market that were within walking distance as well. An all round great location to drive to many other attractions.

Perfect location! Comfy, clean, convenient and cozy.

We really enjoyed this place. The beach was close, restaurants, pharmacy, grocery,library are all across the street. Our host was responsive. The apt has everything you need. We were able to see two space x launches from the beach.

Great location

We stayed there for a funeral. After coming back from the service we discovered that the A/C wasn't working. The owner sent out a repairman but the part had to be ordered. The owner gave us a fair discount. Other than this hiccup, the place was great, private and quiet. The location is excellent, close to beach, grocery, and restaurants.

Originally from Kinnelon, NJ a small town 30 miles Northwest of Manhatten, I have fell in love with old Florida feel of Melbourne Beach, Florida. The quiet area, uncrowded beaches and sea turtle nesting is what makes Melbourne Beach special.

A father of 3, I enjoy playing golf and traveling when I can't spend time with my children.

I stayed here before I decided to buy this property and fell in love with the location. You can park your car and never need it. You can walk to everything from the beach, various restaurants, the river and pier, playground with basketball, bocce and tennis courts, the library, and many more things to do downtown.
