Ce fabuleux lotissement de luxe récemment rénové et décoré par des professionnels est un paradis pour les vacances en famille ou la plage pour les résidents d'hiver! Cette unité vient de sortir d'un magazine Coastal Living. Profitez d'un cadre chic à quelques pas de l'une des meilleures plages de la région. Regardez le lever du soleil et écoutez la pause surf dans la suite parentale magnifiquement aménagée au deuxième étage avec un balcon et des sièges pour profiter de la vue imprenable. Créez un délicieux repas dans la cuisine avec des comptoirs en granit et des appareils en acier inoxydable. Cette retraite en bord de mer dispose de 2 grandes chambres et salles de bains supplémentaires toutes décorées avec des meubles et des draps haut de gamme. Le Beach Shack a 3 chambres et 3 salles de bain complètes. Nous avons des serviettes de plage, des chaises de plage, des parasols et des jouets de plage.

Luxe et tranquillité sur l'une des meilleures plages du centre de la Floride, idéalement située pour les magasins, restaurants et activités de plein air. Le Kennedy Space Center est à environ 40 minutes. À environ une heure et demie d'Orlando et des attractions (Disney World, Sea World, Universal). Sebastian Inlet n'est qu'à une courte distance en voiture au sud le long de la pittoresque A1A.

Great Family Stay

The Beach Shack was the perfect place to relax and enjoy beachside living while visiting close family in the area. The unit was clean and updated and big enough to have family spend a few days with us enjoying the views. Working with Dean the owner was very easy throughout the reservation process and stay.

Great property and great hosts

Loved the condo, and the owners were great to work with. They accommodated our early flight arrival, and the place was spotless and gorgeous. They had so many extras to help make the stay fun and easy. Part of the time we stayed was when Florida was in the midst of the polar vortex. They reached out to us with suggestions of places to visit and things to do during that time. Our 5- and 7-year old granddaughters were with us part of the time, and they had beach toys available for them to use. They had lots of beach towels, and beach chairs. My wife loved the closet in the master bedroom. All of the rooms were plenty big, and the kitchen had a lot of pots, pans, and other items to help in the kitchen. The living room area had plenty of room with couches and chairs for all of us to congregate there. We all had a great time here, and were very sad to have to leave. We’d return here in a heartbeat.

Great experience at The Beach Shack

Wonderful location and easy access. Ocean views on the website .... "what you see is what you get". All the essentials are there that you might need, well equipped kitchen, bedrooms and showers with lots of storage areas though out the condo. Outside patio seats six with great ocean view. Beach equipment - chairs, umbrellas, toys for kids etc ... just make sure to wear sandals because the sand gets really hot. While we were there July 19 a turtle had laid her eggs near where we accessed the beach. Although The Beach Shack is in a condo "complex " it was quiet and comfortable - while we were there the folks next to us had a private wedding on the beach. Nice. Great hosts and very responsive.

Lovely property

The townhouse is in a wonderful location. It is just steps from a quiet beach and there are great views from inside - both floors. It is well-equipped and very comfortable. You can easily walk to a park, a few stores and restaurants, and it's an easy drive to anything else you can think of in the way of restaurants and stores. If you''re into surfing or surf fishing, it is the place to go. One of the owners, Dean, is a friendly guy and was easy to contact and readily available when we needed anything. It was great!

Quiet condo on a beautiful beach.

Not your ordinary beach condo. We felt really pampered with the large Master Bedroom located upstairs with Plenty of space and 2 large sitting chairs to view the Atlantic just outside your window. The robes and slippers were a nice touch letting you sit outside on the balcony without getting too cold. We were there in Nov. for 5 days and the weather was both warm and cool. Never too hot. The appliances are top notch and there are plenty of condiments and spices. We could not figure out how to get the icemaker to work and never tried the TVs so I can't comment on that. Children (2) and 4 adults all had a very good time.

Right on the beach and perfect for family or friends!

Great property! Nice, quiet location one street east of A1A, right on the beach. Very close to shops and restaurants. With two bedrooms and baths upstairs and one bed and bath downstairs, it's a great size townhouse for a family with grandparents or for three couples traveling together. The owners even accommodated a late check out for us so we could have some beach time on our last day. We loved it and will be back!

Great times at Melbourne Beach

Couldn't have asked for a better location walk out to the beach was very easy especially with a 16 month old active boy who just loved it. There were 3 couples and 2 small children we all had our own space having 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms was very nice. The place had pretty much everything we needed to prepare meals and beach chairs and cooler definitely came in handy. We were able to see adult turtles coming ashore and laying their eggs as well as baby turtles heading to the ocean. I would definitely recommend this place for families the experience was by far one of our best beach trips we have had.

Loved our stay !

So close to the beach ! Quiet and not too crowded . Stocked with all the essentials . Lots of extra touches like bath supplies , extra beach towels, ice packs in the fridge , board games , and sand toys. We even saw sea turtles! A++ from this Ga family ! Thanks so much for having us !!

Amazing

Master bedroom view AMAZING!! The location was perfect. Everything was clean. All the beds were comfortable. The only negative that I would give is the beach stuff which was either broken or old. But with that said it would not keep me from going back there again. It would also be nice if you could lock the glass door while you were at the beach. But I would still give it a five star.

Hidden gem

This is the 3rd unit we have rented in the same townhome complex and this is by far the most welcoming, comfortable and well stocked home on the beach. Host was accommodating in every way and reacted to a small issue immediately. Indialantic is a hidden gem and we hope to return many more times in the future.

Amazing Place; Incredible Stay

This wonderful Beach Shack (and "shack" it is not for it has every high-touch amenity and all the comforts of home!) is off the charts amazing. The location simply cannot be beat - it is truly ON the beach which means the sounds of the ocean are always soothing the senses and walks on the beach are mere steps from the back porch. It's also close to shopping, restaurants, grocery, etc. The whole place is beautifully appointed, very coastal but not at all kitschy. Beach supplies (chairs/towels), puzzles, games - it's all there. The kitchen has everything needed for entertaining on both large and small scale. Washer/dryer are top of the line (important as we stayed one month!). Of most importance to me - each of the bedrooms is absolutely dreamy! All beds are super comfortable. Pillows and linens fresh and clean. Bathrooms spacious and appointed with fluffy towels. Stocked toiletry/essentials closet with things you might need but never knew to pack. Hosts Dean and Patricia are super friendly and responsive. Our family will definitely be back! If you are looking at this property, don't hesitate to book. If there were six stars I'd give them all.

We grew up in Florida: my wife, Patricia in Port Charlotte and I, Dean in Ft. Lauderdale. We both lived in Gainesville, Go Gators! Lived in Boca Raton for 12 years and had our 2 children there. We moved here to Melbourne Beach in 2012 because I have been surfing these beaches for more than 30 years and always loved what the area offers for our family!

Location Location Location! We drive by this property everyday and always have been intrigued by its unique beach shack look, tucked away in a quiet corner of Indialantic by the Sea. Inside, it is fantastically updated and the view is priceless. We always wanted a place on the water and this was our opportunity to invest in a beachfront property to share with guest, for us and for our family when they come to visit!

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

Enjoy the soothing sounds of the waves as you sip your coffee on the master balcony, viewing the spectacular ocean sunrises! Perfectly located on a quiet private beach, yet you can take a stroll (half-a-mile) to the boardwalk the heart of the small town called Indialantic by the Sea. The boardwalk area has: restaurants, Starbucks, Wendy's, Jersey Mike's, boutique shops, CVS pharmacy, surf shops, rent bicycles, surfboards, paddle boards and much more! The Beach Shack is ideally located in Brevard County between the cruise ships in Port Canaveral to the north and beautiful south beaches of Sebastian Inlet State Park. If all systems are GO, you could witness a Kennedy Space center rocket launch from your patio or balcony!
Situated on the barrier island between the Atlantic Ocean and the Indian River Lagoon with nature abound, it's easy to spot pelicans flying overhead, dolphins, and sometimes manatees! Depending on the time of year, connect with one of mother natures unique events during turtle nesting season, March thru October. The beaches here are one of few in the world that have three species of turtles lay their eggs at night and early morning hours, then the hatchlings emerge to start their life journey. The loggerhead, the huge leatherback and the green turtles have been using these beaches for millions of years, it is a very special event to witness but never touch or disturb them with lights. These turtles are protected by law and by the locals.
The small sleepy towns of Melbourne Beach (a mile a way) and Indialantic hold many events: art shows to Founder's Day! There is plenty to do if you want. If you like fishing you can get your gear at nearby Black Dog bait shop and try your luck surf fishing, off the pier in the Indian River or local boat charters. If you like golf there is nearby Spessard Holland or Aquarina Country Club.
