Relax and have fun at Charlestown Beach! This cozy cottage offers a quiet neighborhood, open floor plan, and spacious deck for outdoor family time. Great central location! Just a five minute drive or easy bike ride to Charlestown Beach and Breachway. Walking distance to Jitters cafe, Deli, ice cream and popular restaurant the Breachway Grille. We offer kayaks, bicycles, beach gear and beach parking pass for Charlestown Beach and Blue Shutters. Short drive to Block Island Ferry in Point Judith and Newport. A true Rhode Island beach getaway.

Perfect Stay

The house was great for my family. Plenty of space to hang out, we enjoyed playing the board games on the porch and in the house. Kitchen was well stocked and plenty of towels for our stay. Great location to Charlestown Beach !

home was spacious, very clean & cozy, great location! owner answered all questions right away, close to beach!!, very quiet neighborhood, enjoyed the stay!! Would love to come back next year!!

Charlestown cottage

My mother, myself, and my young adult daughter had a wonderful stay at this cozy, clean and comfortable cottage when we came to attend my son's show at Theater by The Sea last weekend. I would come back again for sure!

Fourth of July trip

The place was better than the pictures depicted. The cottage is stocked with all essentials and everything worked great. A/C units in all the rooms kept it cool when needed.

Ridgewood Rd Beach House

Had a really great time. The location was quiet and convenient to Charlestown Beach and the breachway beach. The house had all the sheets and towels you will need and the kitchen was stocked with everything. The deck was a great size with some of it covered from the sun. Would highly recommend staying at this beach house.

It was very enjoyable and relaxing, a great experience

We loved the neighborhood and people were very friendly. The house was in a great location and we will stay there again. The house was impeccable .The deck was very relaxing and big yard for the kid's to play in. We do want to come back . Cindy and Family

Wonderful beach cottage

This place was great! Loved eating on the covered deck and the home itself was very lovely very clean! Only knock I can give it was the second bathroom shower didn't have hot water but the kids showered in the master so no biggie. Whole property had a beach vibe and that was great because I'm originally from Newport. We were in town for a memorial service so didn't get to see much of the beach or anything like that but will most certainly like to stay again A+ 5*

Peaceful property

Very spacious house and lovely deck. has everything you need. 2 miles from beach. Very small bedrooms. Beds sort of soft. Lots of sofas and comfy places to hang out. Excellent kitchen.

I’d tap that!

Tap ‘Yes’ to staying at this property (and get your mind out of the gutter!)! Nice quiet neighborhood, this property has everything you need for a week at the beach (except a tea pot - if that’s your thing then pack yours before you go). Would definitely recommend!

Nice beachy cottage close to the beach

Check in was easy, nice quiet neighborhood, LOTS of space between 2 living rooms, cozy corner, and the deck. Plenty of beach items fo all ages (boogie boards, chairs, shovels and bikes) A nice fire pit and outdoor shower for those sandy toes after a beach day. Beds were comfortable and tons of pillows so you can find the right one for your head. AC in every room to make everyone comfortable. Lots of games for night-time or a rainy day. 20 minutes from point judith ferry if you want to do a day trip to Block Island. Highly recommend. Would definitely stay here again.
