OVERVIEW

The newly available Hummingbird Retreat is a spacious, contemporary, and fully air-conditioned luxury one bedroom apartment with its own covered outdoor gazebo. Tucked away in a more private corner of the Columbus Heights hillside complex and surrounded by well-manicured gardens, the apartment can comfortably accommodate up to three guests.


AMENITIES

Guest amenities include keyless entry, a queen-sized bed, a sofa (sleeper) bed, large 43-inch Smart TV (with 250+ cable channels), high-speed Internet with multiple USB outlets, and a dedicated workspace. Guests are also provided a kitchenette (with refrigerator and microwave only), a generously-sized bathroom with shower/soaking tub, and many other comforts.

Whether gazing at ships entering or leaving the port, or simply admiring the glow of the city lights, guests enjoy stunning picturesque views of the Caribbean Sea and Ocho Rios skyline from their private covered gazebo and from every window and door. 

POOL AND GROUNDS

Guests have access to the pool using a private walkway directly from the apartment, a super convenient benefit not available anywhere else on the complex. And if one pool is not enough, then guests can dip their toes in any of the five other pools. If a morning jog or an evening stroll is on the itinerary, then there are ample common areas to explore on the grounds and gardens of this complex.

PROFESSIONAL CLEANING

Hummingbird Retreat values our guests’ desire for the highest standards of cleanliness, and therefore uses a professional deep cleaning and sanitization crew prior to each guest arrival. Guests may also opt for professional cleaning services during their stay and/or make use of the cleaning supplies provided in the unit.

SECURITY AND SAFETY

Guests need not worry about safety as the complex has 24/7 gated entrance with security guard and nightly roaming security patrol.
