Ideally located, this luxury vacation rental is nestled among towering pines on a quiet road within easy walking distance to the shores of beautiful Lake Tahoe. Upstairs, the main floor of the home consists of a large, open great room including a gourmet kitchen with and large entertainment area. It's the ideal setting for any home chef, making cooking meals easy and enjoyable while encouraging a social atmosphere. The adults can linger in the great room after dinner or gather around the wall-mounted flat-screen television for a movie, while the youngsters retreat downstairs to the family room. A spacious Primary suite completes the main floor space. Downstairs, along with the family room, three additional bedrooms ensure that everyone in your party is happy with their sleeping arrangements.

3. The use of ANY outdoor firepit or outdoor fireplaces is strictly prohibited at all our rental properties. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping to keep our community safe from wildfires.
4. While this home is not pet-friendly, the owners do have dogs, so those with allergies/sensitivity should take notice.
5. Walk in closet in Primary Bedroom is not available to guests.
6. The property is located in an exceptionally quiet neighborhood. Noisy or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated by neighbors or Tahoe Getaways.
