Outside deck off this floor with grill and seating for 8. Enjoy the view looking at the lake while enjoying quality time with your family and friends. 2 Bedrooms and 2 Bathrooms are on this floor. Bedroom #1 with King Bed with bathroom that has shower and bath. Bedroom #2 has Queen Bed.

Downstairs has 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Bedroom #3 has 2 twin beds. Bedroom #4 has a double bed and Bedroom #5 has twin bed. There is a office space area that provides privacy if you need to get a little work done. Laundry room access to washer/dryer.

MINIMUM AGE FOR RENTAL. The minimum age to rent the Property is 25 years of age. All guests under 25 years of age must be accompanied by an adult over the age of 25.

WE DO NOT PROVIDE INCLINE VILLAGE BEACH PASSES

Our property does not have space to accommodate RVs or fifth wheels. Parking of these vehicles is not permitted in the driveway or on the street, in accordance with local regulations and HOA rules.
