Downtown Ballard is well known as the cultural heartbeat of the city with its art galleries, shopping, eateries and bars / nightlife. Don`t miss the infamous Ballard Farmer`s Market held every Sunday all year long (rain or shine!)

The D line bus stop is located directly outside of the townhome. The D line leaves every 10 minutes and will take you directly downtown Seattle in under 30 minutes with stops. You can also take the D line to the University St light rail station to get to SeaTac Airport.

- The regular nightly rate covers a maximum of 5 adult guests. All reservations must indicate an accurate number of people who will be staying in the townhome, for additional guests please note additional fees.
- If stairs are a concern, this home may not be for you - there are 3 flights of stairs in the home.
- The townhome is located on a busy street, while this offers convenient access, guests can expect some street / city noise during their stay.
- Security camera details: There is an active Ring doorbell camera at the front door, which has been installed for guest and homeowner security as well as to ensure guest and pet occupancy limits

As a reminder, this home is non-smoking, does not allow pets, and no parties or gatherings are permitted. Please keep noise levels to a conversational level to be considerate of our neighbors.

 7.⁠ ⁠Maximum occupancy: The regular nightly rate covers up to 5 adult guests. All reservations must accurately indicate the number of guests. Additional guests may incur extra fees.
 8.⁠ ⁠Stairs: There are 3 flights of stairs in the home. If stairs are a concern, this may not be the best fit.
 9.⁠ ⁠Street noise: The townhome is located on a busy street. While convenient, guests can expect some street and city noise.
