Great home, but internet doesn't work

The property manager was very helpful.
The vacation rental was spotless.
I was very happy with the location.
I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental.

My husband and I, my mother, and my 2 brothers and their families stayed in this home over Thanksgiving. The home was beautiful and clean. The guest passes to use the amenities at the Owner's Club worked as advertised, and we enjoyed the fitness center and the game room. But the trip was definitely hampered by the fact that we had no internet the entire time we were there. In today's world, working internet is very important. We were able to connect to the Network with the password, but always got the message "connected without internet." We tried unplugging the router, and plugging it back in, but this didn't help. We let the host know about this both during and after our stay, and she said the internet was checked and working both before and after our stay. What a coincidence that it failed only while we were there! The host's email seemed to presume that the reason we couldn't get internet was because we weren't using the correct password, but this was not the case, because we were able to connect to the Galena Network. When my brother, who has a background in IT, sent her an email trying to find possible solutions to the problem, he got NO response. My concern is that future guests are not going to have internet either, but unfortunately, the host doesn't seem to care.
