Guests have access to the GTA Owners Club, an exclusive amenity available only to Galena Territory property owners and their guests. The indoor pool is open year-round, and the outdoor pool is typically open from Memorial Day through Labor Day (weather permitting and occasionally extended). Amenities include indoor and outdoor swimming pools (with slides), a kiddie pool, fitness room, game room, indoor and outdoor basketball courts, tennis courts, a seasonal snack bar, free WiFi, and a playground. Guests are also encouraged to enjoy nearby attractions such as Lake Galena, the Shenandoah Riding Center, and the extensive hiking trails throughout the 6,800-acre property. Please note that the number of access cards provided may not accommodate your entire group; additional guest passes can be purchased for $5 per day at the GTA administrative office or pool entrance. Access to the Owners Club is included with your stay, but some amenities may require a fee. Availability of all amenities is not guaranteed, and no refunds or discounts will be provided in the event of closures.

A 30% payment is required at the time of booking (this is applied toward your stay and is not a deposit), with the remaining balance automatically charged to the card on file 14 days prior to check-in. While there is no cancellation fee, all reservations become non-refundable and cannot be modified within 14 days of arrival. After booking, you will receive a rental agreement outlining payment details, which must be electronically signed within 48 hours to secure your reservation. The booking guest must be at least 25 years old and present for the duration of the stay. Our cancellation policy is firm, so we strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance; damage protection and travel insurance (offered through CSA) are available at booking and up to 15 days prior to check-in. A link with your check-in details—including the property address, access code, and important information—will be sent 3 days before arrival. Early check-in is not guaranteed and can only be requested the evening before or the day of arrival, with instructions provided in your check-in details.
