We love this property!

This is our second time staying at this property, and we love it. You can’t beat the location, and the property itself is beautiful and well kept. Brian was very attentive and easy to communicate with. Great experience and highly recommend!

Amazing place and host

This place was in a perfect location, great balcony with ocean views, 3 big bedrooms and a large kitchen/family room area to hang out together. We loved it. Just head downstairs for a walk on the beach, quick walks or Ubers to restaurants and sites in town. Brian was amazing and very responsive.

Amazing place, great location

This place was close to everything. Great coffee shop and restaurants in very close proximity. It was very clean and well stocked. Walking trails and a beautiful beach right in front of you. Brian is an amazing host and communication was very good. Or unit was perfect for two couples with bathrooms in each bedroom. I hated to leave and can't wait to come back.

Great view and great location

Amazing location and view- right across from the pier and walking distance to cafe, coffee, and pizza. Right by downtown town area also with many shops and restaurants. Great walking/running path on the beach. Fun to go on the pier. Swings on the beach for kids. Beach is very close and easy to get to. Loved using the outside shower and loved the patio and hot tub. Open floor plan and clean. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back.

Incredible Location! Great All Around

We recently stayed at this incredible beach condo in San Clemente, and it truly exceeded our expectations. As a family of five, we found the location to be unbeatable—right in the heart of the city and just steps away from the San Clemente Pier. The condo was exactly as advertised: clean, well-maintained, and equipped with excellent amenities that made our stay comfortable and convenient. The owner was a pleasure to work with, responsive, and ensured everything was perfect for our visit. We had an absolute blast and created unforgettable memories at the pier and around the area. Thank you for a fantastic experience! We can’t wait to come back.

Great time with the family!

Location is awesome. Steps to beach & restaurant's below. Great beach views & sunsets. Host was wonderful. We didn't need anything - plenty of towels, beach items, fully stocked kitchen, 3 bathrooms, living room, dining tables inside and out, front windows/doors open fully to allow that ocean breeze in, spa was clean and warm. Check in was seamless. Parking out back. Clean throughout. Plenty of space for all 6 of us. Lot's of R&R with the family. Will rent again.

Best location in San Clemente

Our family of 6 had an amazing holiday vacation here. The property is better than it's depicted in the photos. It's bright and clean and has many upscale amenities. The location is directly across from the San Clemente pier and a great walking trail that runs along the coast. The train is also there, but the noise never bothered us or woke us up. There is also a trolley across the street that will take you up to the downtown area (with its many amazing restaurants and shops) and all the way up to the Outlets shopping center, for free! Easy communication with the owner. Would definitely stay here again.

San Clemente wedding

We were in town for a wedding and needed more space for our family than the local hotels - we chose this and could not have been happier with the location: right on the pier, walkable to restaurants, nature trail, beach. Big pros: Layout was perfect for us. Location, Great views, new hot tub were the highlights. Included a parking spot, super clean, great communication with host. Random pros for us: great water pressure in showers! Fully stocked kitchen (even had foil/zip lock bags) and cool filtered water in fridge. Only minor cons: close proximity meant music/noise from restaurants in the evenings (stopped by 930/10) and a stairway to get to unit. No problem for us but just an fyi for toddlers/small kids.

Superb Experience

This is the best location for a stay in San Clemente. You are in the middle of the action directly across from the pier. The view of the surf, sand and sunsets combined with the fact that the housing is top notch makes it one of the most unique experience you can have when traveling to So.California. Everything has been taken into consideration from a outdoor shower to a hot tub that overlooks the pier. Amenities were perfect especially when traveling with young children. Individuals were able to make a quick trek downstairs to snag a drink or something to eat. Trolley is directly across the street to take into downtown and walk back as it is essentially all downhill. Communication with Brian was great. Truly hope I can make the trek back.
