The entire home is reserved for your exclusive use.

5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms. All bathrooms include shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, hair dryer and hand soap.



Heated pool fee is $125/night. We recommend heating the pool in the months between October and May each year. We require at least a 3-day notice before your arrival if you'd like the pool heated. The pool must be heated for the entirety of your stay.



The backyard is fully fenced in for your privacy and safety, including a dedicated gate to keep the pool and hot tub secure when not in use.



We offer a full kitchen with all the essentials including pots, pans, oil and spices, coffee makers, ground coffee, crockpot, full-size oven, microwave and much more.

 You’ll find a Laptop-friendly workstation complete with a printer, toner, paper and pens. Stay connected with our high speed Gigibit 

Internet and WIFI for Zoom calls, webinars, gaming, streaming and all your social media and entertainment needs. 

Relax in the in-ground hot tub, seasonally heated pool and enjoy plenty of pool towels and outdoor games.

 Poolside chairs and two hotel-style daybeds welcome you to soak up the sun during the day and enjoy the backyard fire pit for cooler evenings. We also offer Hulu+Live TV, Disney+ and ESPN+ on the TV’s throughout the home including the outdoor TV to watch all the important sporting events or movies while splashing in the pool. You’ll find a fully stocked game closet with board games galore for days with inclement weather or when you need a break from the Arizona sun in the comfort of air conditioning.



One of the many benefits of this stunning home is its proximity to all the local amenities Scottsdale and the greater city of Phoenix is known for. Only minutes away from grocery stores, shopping destinations, dining and restaurants. Extremely easy access to Sky Harbor Airport and downtown Phoenix only 20 mins away and less than 15 mins to Old Town Scottsdale and the rich and vibrant history, dining and nightlife to be found there. You’ll find premium Golf courses and entertainment venues minutes away as well.



GUEST VERIFICATION:

To ensure a smooth and secure stay, we require the primary guest listed on the reservation to complete a simple screening process within 48 hours of booking confirmation. Please note that your reservation is not confirmed until these steps are completed.



Once verified, and prior to check-in, guests will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement that includes:

- Agreeing to our rental terms and conditions.

- Providing a valid government-issued ID and a matching credit card before check-in.

- Paying a non-refundable $60 damage waiver. The damage waiver provides coverage for accidental damage during your stay, as long as it is reported prior to your check-out. This is collected either at the time of payment through the booking platform or afterward, depending on which platform you use to book.



The damage waiver covers accidental damage that may occur during your stay. To ensure coverage, all damage must be reported promptly while you’re still at the property. We understand there is normal wear and tear at houses but should anything accidentally break or get stained during your stay please just let us know. Thank you!
