The property is great for family vacation! Everything is close by. The lake & pool are clean and refreshing. The house was nice & cool. It was clean and everything was supplied. Only negative was the toaster. It was too small. We will come back again

Great Stay with Friends

The property was a very nice space and clean house. The kids had a separate area to hang out without their parent, but there was also enough space for the 2 full families to hang out as a group. Nice big dining room table to gather around and plenty of seating. There were plenty of bedrooms to comfortably house 2 families of 4. The clubhouse (indoor) pool was very nice also providing changing areas and a gym.

Family Vacation

Great family house. Second time at this house and love it. Great area. Close to the big lake where we would rent a boat, hiking trails. The resort attached to this house is wonderful and so family friendly.

Beautiful home and area.

We rented this as the 'guest house' for a larger group. If it was a little bigger, we would have utilized this as our base camp - very nice home. Very comfortable. Great parking for a large group. Would definitely stay here again.

A great weekend getaway!

Wish we could’ve stayed longer! The house was very well appointed, we had everything we needed. It was clean, conveniently located, nicely decorated and in the perfect location. We loved the fire pit out back and the owners left us stuff to make s’mores, it was the perfect touch. We can’t wait to return! You won’t be disappointed!

Great layout!

This house was perfect for our two families. The adults occupied the upstairs and all the kids enjoyed their separate living room downstairs. The large dining room table was wonderful for our big group. We were able to all sit together for meals <3

Pristine home perfect for multi-family vacation

This listing was spot on to its description! This is a wonderfully clean and comfortable home with plenty of room for three full families to spread out and enjoy. The hosts were very responsive and left no part of the check in or check out to mystery. The community is quiet and there is just enough nearby to stay entertained in the doldrums of winter. Cute house in Wallenpaupack Lake Estates

My family had a great time and enjoyed staying within the WLE community. The house was clean and ready for the 4pm check in. We had enough room for my multi generational family, including cars. The community is easy to navigate and everyone is super friendly. Great place to relax, disconnect and enjoy lake life.

By day, Nathan runs a design-build remodeling company while Kara enjoys home-schooling our two kiddos. By night, we are often spending time with a small group of friends from our church. We are well-traveled VRBO guests. We know what a host should do to create a comfortable guest experience.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

We loved the idea of owning a home in such a family-friendly community that has a great location to Lake Wallenpaupack while also offering such a wide variety of amenities. We have grown to love the small community of Wallenpaupack Lake Estates (WLE)as they are very family focused and often offer great activities for kids of all sizes.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

We were able to purchase two homes next to each-other within the same community giving us the opportunity to rent both homes to large groups. This has been a great option for larger groups.

Unlike some of the other communities in the area, WLE offers an indoor swimming pool along with their 2 large outdoor pools. The pools along with all of the other activities within the community are wonderful to keep the whole family busy year-round. The fact that the amenities are included free of charge within our community instead of charging extra was a big benefit. All this while being so close to Lake Wallenpaupack was the reason we chose this location! :)
