Pocono Lackawaxen Masthope Lakefront Game Room Community Pool Ski Big Bear Kayak

This beautiful lakefront home has 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms that sleeps 12 people comfortably (Master bathroom has Jacuzzi Tub, one extra daybed in the basement). It also has incredible views from the rooms with an open concept living and kitchen space. Kitchen is fully stocked. There’s also lots of outdoor deck space to catch some sun and enjoy the seasonal lake views. Outdoor BBQ grill, fire pit and dining space available. The house also provide 1 canoe and 1 adult kayak to our guests enjoy the water fun. Paddles and life jackets are provided. The finished basement offers some games and additional hang-out space. Enjoy to use the pool table, tennis table, air hockey, dart, foosball table, and the arcade games. Netflix, Disney+, Hulu, and ESPN are available on all 4 TVs. The community offers tennis, mini-golf, arcade, fitness center, etc with the amenity passes. Guests can enjoy swimming, kayaking, and canoeing, boating, fishing in the summer. Other amenities such as the horse stables, mini golf, Ski Big Bear (winter only), the Summit Restaurant, tiki bar, and the community pool (summer only) are also located just minutes from this property. For the winter, skiing and tubing are available with discount rate. Great place to bring your Family and Friends.



The guests will have access to the whole house with the exception of the few locked closets that we use for our own personal use. Parking for 5 cars in driveway.

If you would like to purchase amenity passes that would allow access to pools, beach, stables and miniature golf, the cost is $10 per person for each day of use. Passes can be purchased upon arrival at the Office. Passes must return to the office. You will not have access to Masthope amenities for the Independence Day Holiday weekend (July 4th weekend)

You will be required to fill in the rental registration by providing the names of everyone staying with you, information about the cars you will drive and provide a photo ID for the lead renter. $75 late registration fee will be applied to your listing if you book within 7 days of the beginning of your stay as per HOA rules.

All garbage must be removed from property upon departure. Please throw all trash in the community compactors. Failure to dispose garbage will result in a $30 fee per bag left behind.
